Offered vegan food with dairy

Just went to order one of the vegan options and they informed me it contained egg and cream. Explained that vegan meant no eggs or dairy but they just looked confused.

Ok food, nothing else was good.

I was directed to the QR code menu to find vegan savoury options, none were listed. The staff member checked and then showed me the menu on her tablet. There were 3 options. I chose the Tom Yum spaghetti based on her recommendations for take away. I waited for 20 minutes, then saw my meal just waiting on the counter. I asked a staff member if it was mine, she shocked and said no, but it was. She packed it for me and I I left. I’m not sure how long it was sitting there, but it was disappointing.
The taste was ok, but the tofu was very thick, and lacked flavour. For $18.00, the portion size was small and not great value. The desserts looked good. There were 3 vegan options. I’ll not go back sadly.

Pros: Ok taste

Cons: Customer service not attentive at all. , Vegan savoury options not shown on menus , Bland tofu.

Feels like Thailand

This place was such a delightful surprise! The vegan tom yum spaghetti was packed with so much flavour and it was the perfect balance of spice. I can’t wait to return to try more of the menu!
