I like going to fully vegan food outlets so that I can choose freely from the menu no matter how comprehensive or otherwise it is.
Read moreMaoz being a fast-food outlet offers enough of variety to please everyone. I liked the idea of letting customers build up their pita breads as and when they like, from the 'sla' bar.
Highly recommend for a quick lunch 😋
P.s: I had the mushroom shaorma (with chickpeas, olives, tomato and garlic mayo as top-ups) and I don't have any photos to show off unfortunately 😅

Not really a fan of the other Maoz locations, but this one actually has quite a bit of seating available and is less busy with a more relaxed atmosphere.

It's not as moody as some other places, but the price, speed and quality absolutely make up for that.

We had a falafel wrap each and were amazed to find that the beautiful salad bar was a help yourself one, and we were also allowed to go back and top up after we'd eaten some of the wrap! The salad was all delicious, but just a warning - the green sauce was secretly incredibly spicy!

best Maoz in Amsterdam - Edit
the place is the most laid back of the Maoz in the area and it’s quite nice. There’s some decent seating and the guys behind the counter are very friendly. The pitas are baked in house and delivered to the other locations, so the pita is quite fresh. I think this is the only one that lets you refill on the salad bar so that’s a plus. Fries are also the best of the Maoz and are consistently good. Would go back regularly.

One of the first go to places for vegans in Amsterdam, and we’ve got to love them for it. Service is fast (and usually friendly) and the food is good, as it always has been.
