An experimental workshop of flavors and gelato. The purpose is, through exploration and through the laboratory, to transfer the taste of nature in gelato keeping the authentic flavors. I tried the dark chocolate and Kaki sorbet and they were amazing. I had never seen these aromas in ice cream. The price of 3.5€ is totally fine I think. I really recommend this place!
