Lovely discovery 🩷 - Edit
One of my favorite discovery in Amsterdam! 🩷 The staff is very kind and efficient. We had the steak & truffle mayo focaccia sandwich: the best vegan sandwich I've ever had—the flavors were perfectly balanced! I also had the Blackberry Danish, which had a very delicate flavor—absolutely delicious, the coconut latte was also nice! My boyfriend had a croissant and a pain au chocolat, among the best he’s ever eaten! I can only recommend going if you're in Amsterdam.
Read moreJust be careful not to go too late: we first tried on Friday at 2:30PM, but it was sold out. Luckily, we came back the next day at 11:30AM, and we could try a lot of things and didn’t have to wait too long, even though a line was forming quickly!

Delicious pastries and coffee. This place is more of a takeaway bar with no tables although you do have the option to sit on the ledges around the edge of the room.

Margo's is a gift from heaven. Their pastries and coffees are 100% vegan and probably the best you will ever taste. The pain au chocolait and jambon fromage croissant are out of this world. So flaky, fluffy and deliicous! Just perfect

Beautigul unique pastries - Edit
While not cheap, they have some beautiful, high quality vegan pastries that I’ve seldom seen elsewhere. The pistachio rose Danish, for instance, was an new and delicious experience.

Loved this little spot at Margo's. I had the chicken sandwich which was so good. The little bit of spice was great. I also had a chai and the cardamom bun. I could eat here every day. I arrived just after lunch and a lot of the pastries were sold out. Try to go early.

I never eat pastries, but these were outstandingly good!! I had the regular croissant with the coconut latte and loved the combination. I ended up coming back every day during my stay in Amsterdam and also tried the pain au chocolat and the almond croissant—both were excellent! Will come back next time for sure!

The bakery is just great. We were in Amsterdam for a few days and just had to go more often. The pastries taste great. We had a ham and cheese croissant, a chocolate croissant and pastries. It tasted heavenly. I would go back at any time.

These guys had a wonderful selection of pastries. We couldn’t go wrong because they were all vegan. They were very friendly and proficient. There is no bathroom so plan accordingly if you drink a lot of water like I do and pee a lot.

The pastries are beyond delicious, creative and artisanal. The service is fast and very friendly. We visited on a cold winter day and we were lucky to have a seat inside, cozy and warm. Can't wait to come back again next time I visit Amsterdam!

Great vegan bakery - Edit
Margo's in Amsterdam is a really nice place with only vegan baked goods. They are delicious! I had a matcha latte with oat milk, the holiday special baguette, a matcha cookie, a croissant and an apple thing. My non vegan friends also thought that the food was good. The waitress was very nice and they prepared the sandwich right after I ordered it, so it was fresh.
