They were missing an order of chips and guac and our dessert, and when we called to let them know there was no way to be connected to a person and the voicemail just hung up on me. The food was just okay, but I wouldn’t go back again.

I decided to order from here instead of just ordering off the regular veggie grill menu…wrong choice. I got the smoky mushroom asada burrito and one carne asada taco. Didn’t care for either. It was pretty much mush.

Vegan Chipotle - Edit
Operating out of the same place as Veggie Grill (own by them as well) is a taco menu/shop. I got a carne asada burrito bowl. Nothing too crazy to write home about, although it was nice to not have to pick and choose because all options were vegan. Definitely great if you’re pressed for time or a quick lunch.

Fantastic Vegan Burritos - Edit
We ordered a fish burrito and tejano burrito, with chips, guac, and queso. The queso cheese was not spicy, but well seasoned and paired nicely with the crunchy chips. The burritos were good, I appreciated that several elements like the salsas were separated from the burrito for delivery. I would highly recommend trying them out.

Good food ruined by delivery - Edit
We ordered three kinds of tacos: “fish”, “carnitas” and cauliflower. They came individually wrapped in foil along with a small container of salsa for each. By the time we got them they were lukewarm. Worse, they were pretty much a pile of mush. It’s not the fault of the delivery service, it’s just that tacos don’t travel well.

Overall we were disappointed because we are such fans of Veggie Grill. We will try again if and when they open up a storefront.
