Great breakfast options - Edit
Ordered the avocado toast minus eggs and the veggie hash - both great options for a vegan breakfast! Had milk alternatives as well. Happy to have a nice meal before heading out!

Nice layover - Edit
Had the pretzel and chili which were uncomplicated and vegan. There was also a black bean soup that was offered as vegan as well as the hummus. Restaurant was quiet and service was rapid enough.

Good vegan options for the location - Edit
I enjoyed hummus and chips as a light dinner at McCoy’s. While they didn’t have a ton of options, everything was well labeled and tasty.

Good beyond burger, limited vegan options. - Edit
Beyond burger was cooked just right. They do have a tofu dish and hummus and chips. Omni wife claimed her grass fed beef burger was good.

Sit down airport restaurant with vegan options - Edit
A nicer sit down restaurant. Vegan options include hummus and pita, vegan lentil chili, and a beyond burger. Burger comes on brioche with mayo by default but you can order it on ciabatta with no mayo which will be vegan. Super tasty and filling which is great because there are not many options in this airport!
