Surprisingly friendly menu - Edit
We were on a little rush, so we got to try only the vegan Margarita Pizza, and it was delicious! The service was very pleasant, and we highly recommend to stop by for a bite if you're around Times Square😋

Great pre-theatre vegan lunch - Edit
Had tickets for a 1:00 matinee and wanted to find a mixed veg/non veg place somewhere walkable from the theatre that opened at 11. So happy we found Mercury Bar.
Read moreTheir vegan menu was one of the most extensive I have seen outside all plant-based restaurants. My meal (buffalo cauliflower and chick’n fajitas) was out of this world. Non-veg food got great reviews as well.
The server was friendly, helpful and prompt.
Highly recommend.

Full vegan menu - Edit
There were a lot of options, but we went with the pizza. Lively bar crowd but plenty of tables and we took our kids. Plenty of non-vegan, kid-friendly options, too.

Full separate vegan menu available. Apps, sandwiches, tacos and of course pizza. - Edit
We really wanted some NYC pizza and this place was great! Hit the spot for sure with their ‘Meat Haters’ pizza. It was great because we could take our son and have both vegan and non vegan pizza. We wanted to hit up their breakfast, which looks amazing but unfortunately it’s only offered on weekends.

Sports Bar for Vegans - Edit
As a relatively new aspiring vegan, I never knew places like this even existed: a traditional sports bar with a full vegan menu. Only in NYC, right? 😉
Read moreI tried the Fajita-Style Tacos & they were both filling and delicious. The cocktails were so-so, but the quality of the food, overall ambiance, and attentive service more than compensated. Great place to go before a Broadway show, and not too crowded or touristy either.
Pros: Lots of options , Attentive service , Fun atmosphere
Cons: Mediocre cocktails

Come experience the recently added vegan menu—in addition to the bar's classic offerings—at Mercury Bar West in Hell’s Kitchen. The sports bar makes for an easy spot to watch the Super Bowl this year with options for everyone! 17 large televisions are spread throughout the space and skilled bartenders are equipped to shake up all the classics and more! Mercury Bar is sure to become your new go-to spot for football, baseball, basketball, hockey and European soccer all season long. #Veganuary
