Vegan Sushi Rolls

Chain kiosk restaurant that serves delicious purple rice rolls with a variety of mock meats or just veggies if you like. Everything is made to order and you can watch them make it for you on the spot. They still serve eggs and dairy though, so not entirely vegan. Also, there’s a confusion within staff members on whether the cheese is plant based or animal based. It comes pre shredded, but I couldn’t read the ingredients on the packaging, as it’s all in Chinese characters. Make sure to tell them no salad dressing as well; it’s mayo.
