Holds workshops like cooking classes, DIY, and tasting evenings. Reported to close earlier when events take place, check ahead. Open Mon-Thu 12:00-15:00, Fri-Sat 12:00-21:00. Closed Mon-Tue. Kitchen closes at 3pm Wed/Thu/Sun. Kitchen closed 3-6pm Fri-Sat.

A priceless Japan-inspired and vegan café in Paris. The tantanmen was the best vegan ramen I’ve tasted in Paris so far. I’ll probably visit this place every time I swing by Paris.

Tasty ramen on tatamis - Edit
We went there for dinner with no reservation and got lucky enough to access the elevated part of this small restaurant where you eat on a tatami. We ordered the gyudon (rice and beyond meat), and the ramen with tonkatsu (breaded tofu) as extra because there wouldn't have been any sort of protein in the ramen otherwise. I found the gyudon a bit too simple and the overall menu lacks veggies in my opinion, but the ramen broth was tasty. Also the breaded tofu was quite "raw", I don't know if it's supposed to be that way or if they forgot to fry it.

J'ai commandé un plat sans ses oignons. On me dit non on ne peut pas c'est préparé a l'avance et la serveuse m'a redirige vers un autre plat duquel elle m'a assuré aucun pb on peut les enlever. Ils m'ont servi le plat avec les oignons dedans malgré les 3 minutes d'echange qui ont précédé. Je rends le plat. Ils reviennent me voir en me disant: vous aimez pas ou c'est un allergie? Je dis que je n'aime pas le gout que ca donne au reste. Et ils me disent: soit je trie moi meme soit ils me refont le plat sans oignons... et sans beyond meat... parce que c'est prepare ensemble. Je fais remarquer qu'a la carte y a un plat avec ce meme beyondmeat mais sans oignons...réponse "ah oui mais on va pas ouvrir un paquet pour vous"... Surrealiste!!! Au final j'ai du trier moi meme... Et aucun geste commercial n'a ete fait pour s'excuser ... ca aurait été la moindre des choses (meme si j'ai pas demandé). A ce niveau de service on est indigne d'être digne du nom de restaurant meme si je reconnais que le gout n'etait pas mauvais par ailleurs.

The food was really really good, we tried almost everything, it was amazing, with tasty, fresh and seasonal products! The place is very charming, small but cozy and tastefully decorated. Also, the team is adorable! I can easily understand why it's difficult to get a table!

Gyūfon, Sakana Donburi, Hiyashi, Ramen, even a Bento, that’s the amazing choice you are facing when you want to have a vegan Japan taste. The restaurant is small but very well set with an open kitchen where everything is prepared with love, even the ice cream.

I enjoyed my meal here but there were a couple disappointing things, e.g. my tea was quite bitter (I'm well aware of how green tea should taste) and my bowl was salty and not particularly interesting (not many ingredients/vegetables). My friend's ramen was nice though and the matcha ice cream was delicious.

Petit restaurant, cadre charmant sans prétention, décoration relaxante, personnel très sympathique ; cuisine fine et délicieuse, plats de saison et de qualité, présentation agréable dans une belle vaisselle (reposant au goût et à la vue). Le mori café donne envie de rester se reposer après un repas et un thé, dans une ambiance calme et cosy. Je ne peux que recommander !

La carte est diversifiée, bien qu’elle ne possède pas 1001 plats. Ce qui démontre le fait maison et les recettes travaillées finement.
Si vous souhaitez tester un bon ramen, je vous recommande vivement celui de Mori café qui est excellent 🍜
Ps: si vous êtes fan du studio Ghibli, vous allez apprécier toutes les références cachées un peu partout dans le restaurant.
