No more Brussels - Edit
I never regret coming here because the staff is super sweet, the food is amazing, and I want to eat the Brussels everyday of my life. They don’t mind making substitutions and the food comes out quickly. Chefs kiss to the team running this place!
Read moreThis place has been fantastic in the past but now they have updated their menu and it just isn’t the same. They got rid of the best dishes and now the food just doesn’t have the same pizzaz it used to. Brussels are gone which is such a disappointment since it’s hard to find a good vegan version elsewhere. Still a decent option.

chickn!!!! - Edit
The first time I had Native Foods was when I first moved to Boulder 4 years ago. I went randomly, didn’t even know it was vegan, and absolutely loved it. I was so sad when they closed they’re location in Boulder considering I only had it once. I had to make a trip to Denver and knew it was the perfect excuse to go and show it to my roommate who I’d know would absolutely love it. loved all the options here from how you want you”chicken” prepared (crispy or grilled) to the multitude of different sauces you can try with your sandwich or wrap. so yum!

Explosion of flavors - Edit
We ordered delivery and it was very quick. We had the Poppin jalapeño burger and seasoned fries. It was very tasty and so many incredible flavors all mixed together on the soft bun. Delicious. We also ordered. We also ordered a Shawarma bowl and it was packed with flavor as well. We are giving four stars because they didn’t mention there were onions in the Shawarma bowl and it was not mentioned in the description. Onions are the one thing we do not like. Other than that awesome.

Please Do NOT Sleep on NF! - Edit
NF in CO was recently bought by Michael Olivas who is an incredible human and has worked insanely hard to keep this place up and running. He has had an uphill battle but has made his way out on top.
Read moreThe food is soooooooo good. My 2 1/2 year old twins couldn’t get enough of the fries and my son said the tenders were “a goiglebajillion out of a googlebajillion”.

The food was delish, the service top notch.

Taste Great and Decent Prices - Edit
Everything we had was super great! Reasonable prices and good portions. It feels “healthy” eating it and the burgers even feel light on the stomach. Parking is fine but if you’re a traveling vegan with a bus like us, go around to the Dunkin parking lot and park there.
Read moreThe Brussel Sprouts are amazing especially with that lemon juice.
The Spicy Cauliflower Dippers were one of my favorites.
The Bistro Steak Sandwich is another favorite of mine, that blue cheese dressing is amazing!
The Chicken Run Ranch made with the spicy version is a nice light option.
BBQ Brisket Burger was another good one, my husband enjoyed that one more than I did.
We also had the seasoned fries (amazing!) steamed kale, and the lemon dill potato salad which was on the okay side. Mac and cheese felt light and healthy!
The tea was also okay in my opinion

Amazing - Edit
We like to try 100% vegan restaurants and order 5 or 6 things to try so that we can give the place a good chance. Native was a hit!
Read moreThe jalapeño popper burger was my favorite, and my partner liked the Almost Famous Bowl the most. The only thing we didn't love was the Nashville Hot sandwich, but it was still good.
Our sides were the seasoned fries and a thing of mac n cheese. All too often, restaurants serving "seasoned fries" just have a little black pepper on them, but these were REALLY seasoned. They were delicious. The mac n cheese had a nice flavor, but the cheesy sauce was a little thin. Good overall!
We also got a brownie and the beignets; the brownie was one of the best we've ever had! The beignets tasted a little pre-made, but the balance of dark chocolate sauce with the super sweet powdered sugar was wonderful.
It goes without saying that we WILL be back, and I recommend it to any vegan and non-vegan alike.
Pros: Good food, Plenty of options to choose from, Clean and quiet dine-in experience
Cons: A little expensive

This place is great. The shareable Thai cauliflower bites will blow your mind. The Nashvillle hot and “brisket” sandwich are by far my favorite. Also have to have a 1/2 lavender lemonade 1/2 peach tea every single time! Love it here!
