Cool vibe, good food, limited choice - Edit
This is one of the most popular spots in Alicante so prepare for a long queue. Often the queue is over an hour long, so you will be asked to order whilst you're still outside, before being seated. The service however is very good and it means once you do get inside you will be served your food very quickly.
Read moreThere one only a couple of vegan options, a vegan ramen with tofu or vegan meatballs and some gyoza.
The gyoza has carrot, celery and tofu and comes with soy sauce. It was nice. Crispy bottom but soft and sweet inside. Really tasty, however I felt it needed something a bit more than just a soy sauce.
The ramen is delicious. The broth is full of flavour and packed with veggies. The vegan meatballs were really tasty however I was so disappointed with the tofu. I absolutely love puffed tofu, yet this was tiny and completely dried out, like it had been fried and left on the side. This could have been just due to us being on of the last tables of the day, but I was a bit gutted.
The rest of the ramen was really good though and it's excellent value for money at less than €12 a bowl.
Pros: Cool vibe, Great staff, Fun place to go with friends.
Cons: Limited options (but what they do have is good).

Nice variety of toppings! - Edit
Had the vegan ramen, which was 11,95 euros. Tasted great and felt like it was a reasonable size for the price (coming from Vancouver, Canada).

Warm, cozy ramen - Edit
I'd heard so much about this place that i guess my expectations were a bit high... It wasn't as amazing as I expected but it was still really good. They have two vegetarian options (just remove the egg and make it vegan ☺️)
Read moreThe only down side is you can't make reservations and you need to wait outside (we waited for 50min), and there are always long lines.
Cons: Long waiting lines

The best ramen I've ever tasted - Edit
I think the review title says everything - and I did taste maaaany ramens around the world. I love every part of this vegan ramen: noodles, broth, and fillings. Their homemade vegan meatball is really good; even my non-vegan friends agreed. On the other hand, I once tried the vegan gyoza (carrot with tofu) and didn't think it was anything special. Atmosphere is super cozy, and staff is friendly.
Read moreIt's the only restaurant in Alicante where I saw people queuing. A tip to avoid queuing for a long time is to arrive about 15-20 minutes before the opening (that's for dinner; maybe for lunch it's not that busy, but I've never tried).
Pros: Best vegan ramen in town, Vegan ramen clearly marked, Great value for money
Cons: Serves meat, There's always a queue and booking is not possible, Only one option of vegan ramen
