went there yesterday a den got two vegan pastries and vegan chips and paid around 800¥ for all,, if you don’t speak/ read japanese it may be hard to find vegan products because there are no clear labels sign sometimes but i think if you ask the staff they will help you!:>

It is a health store. There is no prepared food stuff and also it is quite expensive. I come here ro buy vegan butter because it is close to my house. That’s it. For tourists, it is not worth coming.

There's almost nothing vegan in the fridge or freezer that you can't get at any supermarket. They do have a good selection of curry rouxs and some Ohsawa products for things like men tsuyu.

Great Health Food Store - Edit
I go to Carrot all the time for organic produce and specialty food items like miso, spaghetti, soy milk, soy protein meat, frozen fruit & veggies, etc. They sometimes have vegan chocolate, bread, and other items. Upstairs is a personal care and house cleaning section. The staff are nice!
