I hadn’t had bingsu before but I tried the strawberry vegan option and it was delightfully sweet but the shaved ice was light and airy. Only downside was the large portion size meant we had to share one and didn’t get to try the other vegan flavour. I hope to go back sometime!

Strawberries on top and strawberry sauce in layers. Ice cream on top didn’t fit, was probably just for the looks
Oat milk infused but couldn’t taste it
Definitely wouldn’t go back

Vegan Korean desserts - Edit
Had the Injeolmi Mochi (with vegan ice cream). Beautiful, delicate powdered oat-ice base, oat condensed milk, red bean paste.
