I appreciate the fact there is something for everyone. I always buy multiple items on the menu to give the restaurant a chance , just in case I just didn’t like one particular thing.
So we were the very first people in the restaurant to be seated and man oh man, this place fills up fast, popular place.
Food was brought out relatively quickly which is a plus. Waiters was not rude, but not not particularly friendly either…. Just meh. So no pints lost or gained with her.
But the most important thing is the food!!!!!!
So my kids ordered the stuffed French toast and have it a 3.5 -4. They said it was very tasty however did not taste only minimal “stuffing” at best. Again, while tasty, would not return to but it again.
My daughter thought her coffee was gross and would not drink it..
I was a little disappointed that considering the prices were equivalent to an upscale restaurant, there were no fresh squeezed juice options.
For the vegan options, I opted to to try one savory dish and one sweet dish, to give a fair review.
For the sweet dish I opted for the vegan pancakes with fresh fruit and vegan whipped cream and pure maple syrup. They were delicious and would get 5 stars however they were extremely stingy with the whipped cream, fruit and syrup,,& for the overall price, felt I should have received way more with the pancakes. The ratios were just off, way off. And the website picture absolutely did not look like what I received… nonetheless the pancakes were great,
My kids felt the same about the French toast. They said it was very tasty, however the so called stuffing was barely existent, minimal fruit , and just overall for the price expected more, however taste wise was delicious.
Then, I ordered the farmers hash I believe it was called. Total let down. I couldn’t eat it. Completely unseasoned , like nothing. I took it home to re cook, re season and will eat after I doctor it up with some flavor profile because that just was not okay…. The blandest thing ever. Had I just ordered that, I would have been greatly disappointed, so the pancakes saved the day. Anyway, to sum it up, Noble was nice, I personally don’t see all the hype, would not drive down again, but maybe if I lived in GR I would get the pancakes again. As always, appreciate the vegan options, .My recomendaciones to the chef would be if you are going to charge those prices, add some more fruit, and season that hash!

Misleading Vegan Burger a Serious Concern - Edit
I visited eager to try their nut-based burger. However, the patty was clearly soy-based, confirmed by the server. This misrepresentation is deeply concerning, particularly for those with allergies. Serving soy when advertising nuts can have serious health consequences. Beyond allergies, this deceptive practice undermines customer trust. The texture and flavor of nuts and soy are vastly different, and the advertised nut burger was simply not what I received. While the service was friendly, the mislabeling overshadowed the entire experience. Noble needs to immediately correct their menu. Until then, I can’t recommend them, especially to those with allergies or anyone who values honest advertising.

Wonderful Vegan Menu! - Edit
First of all, this place not only has vegan OPTIONS, but a complete vegan MENU. And the choices are varied, very delicious, and our server Bella was great. In addition, the restaurant is spacious, very clean, and the bathrooms (a primary barometer of a restaurant’s quality for me), are spotless and well-maintained. I had a vegan garden hash topped with spiced tofu, and separately, a delicious vegan cinnamon roll. The garden hash could have used a bit more flavor, but it was nonetheless delicious. And the coffee was great!

Best Vegan Pancakes in Grand Rapids - Edit
Noble Restaurant is a conundrum. It is the only restaurant of its kind I have been to where the vegan options are better than the non-vegan options.
Read moreNoble has a wide range of vegan options on their menu, all clearly labeled. They also have vegan options for dressings, sauces, and whipped creams. Their vegan pancakes are a mountain of sugar and a guilty pleasure for my vegan breakfast sweet tooth. I have never ordered a breakfast that I did not gobble up.
On the other hand, the omnivores that I have brought with me to this restaurant have been less enthused, and I agree by the look of their choices. The omelets looked bland and, from their critique, tasted bland as well. All of the meat-based options I have seen there looked basic. It is so strange to have a restaurant like this do a better job on the vegan options than the rest of the menu.
This restaurant is a great option for plant-based patrons that want to indulge a sweet tooth. If you are going with a group, try to encourage them to order off the vegan menu for a better time.

I had the vegan olive burger which was so good and came right on time as I have been wanting an olive burger. It came with an amazingly fluffy yet sturdy bun and it held together every bite. They also hand cut their fries and they are so well seasoned and delicious. I am so glad this place is right by my house because I will frequent this place from here on out!

When first coming to the area in early 2020, Noble quickly became a go-to favorite. As a vegan, not only do I appreciate a restaurant with clear vegan markings on their menu, but also lots of options to choose from. To have savory and sweet is a real treat. The Gardener's Hash Browns became a repeat favorite (subbing out hash browns for red skins) with the vegan pesto and sour cream it was an excellent flavor combination.

For the last year now there is no vegan sour cream, they simply seem to have stopped making it but only saying they are out of it when asked. My Gardener's hash browns have BARLEY any garden in them. I can't believe they can even call it that still with the lack of veggies they serve. Half of my orders are missing the pesto. Sometimed no tomatoes. It's like sometimes the cooks don't know what the items are supposed to contain or by now they simply don't care.
My most recent visit in person i tried spending more on the vegan scramble to specifically request the items it should come with, which by menu says it comes with vegan cheese. Mine did not come with cheese and still minimal on veggies.
Today we ordered via door dash, and I wonder if those tickets get even less care or concern cause my vegan scramble gave me zero online options to add anything, so I hoped it'd come with something on it. Nope, just $10 tofu scramble. This time with the "vegan cheese," so i guess that's something? We ordered and paid for red skin potatoes and got none. I ended up cooking veggies I had at home to even make that a meal. And we ordered vegan pancakes... which were clearly not vegan and therefore not something I ate.
Noble went from my favorite restaurant in Grand Rapids to a place I will not likely not patron again for a very long time, if ever. I'm so disappointed in the downswing and really hope they make improvements.

Vegan options were available, but nothing fancy. I had the Gardeners Hashbrowns, I could have made something better at home unfortunately. No vegan sour cream like it said on the menu, and our waitress wasn’t going to tell us that they were out until I asked for a side of some. Fresh fruit side was also not fresh at all. Host was rude, server acted like she didn’t want to be there also rude. Probably won’t come back, much better vegan options at other breakfast places in the area.

i have come here so many times on breakfast dates! i love it so much. there are so so many vegan options, and even more that you can ask for vegan, and they can easily make that available to you. i'm a savory breakfast gal, and they have so many great options. no mimosas, but the oj is tasty! and their vegan banana bread is to die for :)

My mom found this place for us to go to (so sweet of her)! I got the gardeners hash browns with tofu scramble and vegan banana bread. Good service and the food was good too! Needed a little salt and pepper, but that’s an easy fix.
