Authentic Flavors with a vegan twist! - Edit
I ordered the Italian Cold Cut and the Turkey Pasta Salad from No Butcher, and both were amazing! The cold cut was a nostalgic treat, as I haven’t had one since going vegan. The Turkey Pasta Salad, made from the owner’s mother’s recipe and veganized, was an absolute delight. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend for those craving authentic flavors with a vegan twist!

Wonderful sandwiches and sides! - Edit
Our party of seven all found something they loved here! The special of the day was a Korean BBQ sandwich that wasn’t overly spiced and a great balance of flavors. The no-tuna salad sandwich hit the spot as well with others in our group. The full meal came with sides a drink and a cookie. What a good deal!

I want a NoButcher sandwich restaurant in every city! When I have to travel to Colorado for work, I order a few sandwiches for travel, and a back up if I can't find anything to eat. The sides! The noegg salad is my go to. Simple, yet exactly what I need every time I order it. They even have an appreciation card, so when you buy 10 sandwiches the 11th is free! This place has become a staple. Never change! (Unless it's the new special of the month!)

A cute all-vegan deli serving sandwiches and all the deli staples. I ordered the pulled pork sandwhich and it was the best. We also got pastrami, Swiss cheese, ribs, BBQ sauce, and gyro meat to go by the pound. All of which were delicious! The no egg salad was also amazing.

An incredible business all around. - Edit
Not only is the food amazing. The owner of this place gives back to the community in SO many ways. They offer free sandwiches to anyone in need and they also allow you to donate to this special thing they do so they can continue feeding our homeless folx.

You have to give this place your business because they are just truly incredible and we need them to stay forever. Also their sandwiches with sides a drink and a cookie are under 15 bucks. Like seriously!

This was our first stop off the plane in Vegas. We took an Uber over and put our roller bags beside our table. The man running the cash register was so nice. He was high happy vibes. The cuban was amazing. The potatoe salad was delicious and even better when the coldness hit my mouth. The chocolate cookie was good too. My husband enjoyed the bbq sandwich with chips. I wish I had the ice cream or the ice cream cookie but I had to take half of the sandwich to go.

I do not usually look for a sandwich shop when eating out but I was in the mood. The staff were incredibly friendly and the sandwich I had - the Aloha No Rib sandwich- was delicious. I ordered the full meal which came with a side option- I had the yummy no turkey pasta salad- a drink, and a lemon poppy seed cookie. Everything was fresh and delicious! I cannot wait to try the other varieties.

The Greek sandwich was flavorful and packed with gyro "meat" and it's been over 35 years since I had a gyro and I remember this is exactly what it tastes like and the texture was just as memorable 5 happy cow stars for this place!!!

So delicious, great flavor and quality. Bread was perfect, great deli slices. Best vegan potato salad ever! Creative pina colada flavor cookie. Worth buying items from the deli case to take home! Would go back every time I go to Vegas, 20/10. Wish every city had a deli like this! Props to this vegan business!
