One of my favourite restaurants world wide - Edit
Love this place! Went there 3 times with our family. The desserts are the best vegan ones ever! The vegan cheesecake is fabulous! We also had spring rolls, vegan burgers, wrap, lasagna, soup, and curry. Large variety. Very nice seating. They do not have ice for coffees, but the hot ones are good.

Café - ok - Edit
First of all, not a restaurant but a café, there is no table service or menu cards that could help assist with explaining, their concept is very confusing, they made a mood of canteen display style with fixed dishes making is very hard to know what you'll get, what you can combine and what you can't... even though all dishes are separated. The staff wasn't able to explain it effectively because it's so confusing. The meals were plain and simple in taste, odd combinations with other dishes that come with it. Desserts seems good, we had teramisu, which was delicious.

Pros: Desserts, Decent menu
Cons: Improvising to be a canteen but it is not., Pain costumer service - not pro-active, Strange meal combination

Amazing Cake - Edit
Loved the food, especially the cake. Warm food was a bit bland.

Average salad - Edit
I had the Rainbow Salad, it was fine but honestly nothing too special. It could use a bit more tofu. The portion was big though! I also had a slice of apple cake, which was decent but also not the best I've had. Maybe I should've picked other dishes!

Tasty food - Edit
Tasty food. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Nice selection of salads and amazing cakes. My husband had the beyond burger and I had the lasagna. If I had one negative it would be that the lasagne had fake meat in it and I didn’t realize (I should have asked). For desert we had chocolate and carrot cake, both super!

Nice food and ambiance - Edit
Nice food and ambiance. Menu is quite broad, which means there's something for everyone, however it didn't seem to have a specialty. I had a chicken wrap which was fine, but not spectacular. My friend had a lasagna which looked good. Portions were huge. Restaurant ambiance is nice, place was packed, so all in all a nice spot for a lunch or dinner.
Read moreDownside: accessibilty. Staff didn't seem to be too helpful. I'm in a wheelchair, there's a few steps at the entrance, so my friend carried me inside and we let my chair outside. Our table was in the corner so it was a bit of a hassle to get there. Staff didn't ask if we needed help or even seemed to care really. Maybe they were busy, but we were clearly present so I think they should have noticed it. Could have gotten a bit more service there.

Simple and good - Edit
Overall a good place offering simple but tasty food and a great cake. I didn't like their coffee very much. Also the place might be a bit crowded during lunchtime.

My Favorite Restaurant in Oslo - Edit
This is my favorite restaurant in Oslo—I went there several times during my stay in the city. It has a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. There are plenty of options for sweets, savory dishes, and drinks. I highly recommend it!

Meh - Edit
There aren't many all-vegan places in Oslo so this was nice to have, but the food was lukewarm and kind of mediocre. Staff seemed very unenthusiastic.
Read moreI had the lasagna which was okay, came with salads, but it cost extra to choose my own salads. Also tried the "corn dog" but found it was stuffed with lentils instead of a hot dog, which was... a bit disappointing? For dessert I had the chocolate cake, it looked pretty but was dry and not so good.

My first visit to Oslo and I was a bit disappointed with the vegan options in the restaurants. Until I found this place. The food was really tasty and the portions were big.

Nice - Edit
The staff are nice. I asked for onion and garlic free, and she pretty much invented a new dish of the very few things that are in face free of onions and garlic. It would be good, though, if they could return your money when they don’t have the tea you ordered. The apple pie is nice.

Great food - Edit
I went there twice in a row. First time I had the rainbow salad (fantastic) and an apple cake (okay), second time the Xmas roast (delicious but just a tiny slice of roast and lots of salad). Nice atmosphere, staff was a bit reserved. Also, definitely on the pricier side.

Wholesome food, interesting concept. - Edit
Nordvegan is “buffet style” in the sense that the food items are on display, like a fancy cafeteria. You order at the counter and a staff member prepares your plate. The main dishes we tried were tasty and wholesome. I can imagine eating here often if I lived in Oslo. The atmosphere is quite comfortable as well. If I had more time, I’d be interested to flip through their cookbook, which seemed to be available for purchase.

Alright! - Edit
It was an alright buffet-style food. The staff was super super nice and helpful, but unfortunately the food itself was a bit bland, especially the main dishes. Deep-fried sides were really great, but unfortunately not the healthiest ofc. It was cool to feel that the main dishes and salads are filled with lots of different grains and veggies, but to me they lacked spices and would definitely taste better if warmer.

Vegan only restaurant with good range of savoury and sweet options. Had the lasagne which came with nice some salad. All really tasty. Took away a slice of apple pie and a couple of truffles for later. Both lovely

Nice options for lunch and dinner - Edit
Fully vegan place with lots of options for lunch and dinner and desserts. I had the lasagne with a side of tofu and a Chai latte with Oatly milk and Berry Cheesecake. Relaxed atmosphere, lots of other people sitting solo so didn’t feel weird.

This place was super calm and chill, a good place to unwind with some freshly made food. We had the veg curry and sweet and sour "meatballs", both were delicious.
