Such good vegan and vegetarian options. I especially love the vegan spring rolls and the ginger mushroom dish. Plus the service is awesome.

Nice night out

Some wins, some losses. Pick the more interesting menu items (bland sounding ones will be bland - they’re catering to the Saskatchewan palate after all). Mushrooms were tasty.
Edit: the green curry cauliflower is 12/10. An actual homemade, herby/limey delicious lick the plate clean curry. You can add a side of tofu for protein.

Tasty with lots of gluten free options

Odd Couple has become a regular dine out option for our vegan family when we're in Saskatoon. As a celiac vegan with some nut and fruit allergies, I struggle to find options even in most vegan restaurants. I have multiple delicious choices at Odd Couple!

Their crunchy vegan gf spring rolls alone are worth the visit. Most of the family we dined out with are not vegan, but several people enjoyed the kung pao cauliflower "wings" and ginger shiitake mushroom. Finally, my mind was blown that two out of three of the dessert options were vegan AND gluten-free. We loved the dark chocolate jin deui (with vegan lychee ice cream from Fable) - the hot and cold in one bite was a real treat.

Kudos to the Odd Couple team for your thoughtful, delicious and inclusive menu! It's a Saskatoon gem.

Pros: Tasty, creative dishes, Lots of gluten and allergy-friendly options, Friendly, knowledgeable staff

Vegan Spring Rolls

I have to get the spring rolls every time! Menu changes up occasionally. Recommend the shiitake ginger beef.

Decent

Came here with a mixed group of vegan and omnivores and they had something for everyone.

The vegan salad rolls were OK but we're missing the advertised basil and I thought the peanut sauce was packing depth.

The crispy vegan spring rolls however were very good.

I had the vegan noodle soup. Great portion and lots of mushrooms and interesting ingredients. Again I felt the broth was lacking layers of flavour like the peanut sauce but was solid.

I'd go to seasoned fusion taste over this one but I would come back if that's where the other diners wanted to go.

Pros: Vegan labeled , Vegan gluten free labeled

Cons: Slow to refill tea , Dishes lacked depth of flavour

Delicious!

A lovely restaurant with top-notch service and a good selection of very clearly marked vegan options. The cauliflower appetizer is great, and the lime curry is sublime. There are also spring rolls, the cauli as a main, and a mushroom dish available.
Well worth a visit.

Pros: Delicious food, Vegan options clearly labeled, Great, fast service

Cons: Serves meat

All About the Ginger Beef

There are not a ton of vegan options but the portobello ginger "beef" more than makes up for that fact. The atmosphere here is also really nice and the staff are very attentive.

Delicious food, great atmosphere

Love this place. I've been twice, and both times service and food were excellent. The owner is knowledgeable about veganism and truly makes an effort to include interesting, new vegan options in his menu. The vegan desserts are super delicious too! Definitely one of my favourite spots in Saskatoon.

Fantastic Restaurant with Asian Fusion Cuisine & Plant-Based Options!

The Odd Couple is a unique restaurant in Saskatoon's Riverdale neighbourhood, serving Asian fusion cuisine in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere.

I loved that they had their gluten-free and vegan options labelled on the menu and they had a selection of healthy meal options to choose from. I ordered the tomato curry with tofu and rice and it was incredibly flavourful and sooo tasty. The quality of the food was top-notch and it was presented beautifully.

The service was excellent - friendly and prompt. I liked the modern and upscale appearance of the restaurant and it was a very nice atmosphere.

Odd Couple is rated as one of the top restaurants in Saskatoon and I can see why. Definitely eat here when in Saskatoon!

Food is good. Lots of vegan options. The owners wife could use a personality adjustment and the staff could use a lesson is service but the food is worth all of the crap

Fantastic!

I love the Odd Couple! They not only offer vegan options, but they really lean into it by providing innovative and tasty food and rotating the menu. The ginger mushrooms are yummy, and the spring rolls are the best veg rolls in town.

Pros: Menu has veg staples but also rotates items, Best spring rolls in town!

My favourite vegan food in Saskatoon!

Odd Couple is a great find for vegans and vegetarians looking for a nice lunch or dinner in Saskatoon. Their use of vegetables, tofu, and a variety of mushrooms within their vegan dishes make for delicious, filling and healthy menu options. Furthermore, both kitchen and service staff are well educated on what is and is not vegan, so you can enjoy your meal trusting it was prepared with care! When preparing special set menus (for Valentines, New Years, etc.) they are sure to provide entire vegan menus in addition to their regular options. I would recomend trying the tomato pad thai with five-spice tofu, or the Vietnamese rice noodle soup with a vegan spring roll! If going on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night, be sure to make a reservation to ensure you don't have to wait!

Some of the best vegan option in the city

The restaurant's attractive interior, personable managers and knowledgable servers make for an amazing experience. They have many marked vegan options that are really tasty. I recommend the vegan spring rolls, tofu noodle bowl, and vegan phò. Odd Couple is a must for any vegan or vegetarian in Saskatoon.
