2 really good vegan sandwiches! Highly recommend - Edit
The sandwiches were so good and all vegan! The best bread and veggies and even vegan mayo and cheese. I ate too fast so I didn’t get a pic. They also have good coffee drinks with plant milk and fruit. I was pleasantly surprised.

Fine bread shop chain - Edit
Old & Steen is a Danish chain that offers hearty breads and some other fare. I like their breads, though I confess that I am surprised to see them listed on Happy Cow. True, they do offer some vegan items sometimes, and most of their breads are vegan--but this is not a place that I would go out of my way for (unless I simply want to buy bread).
Read moreWhen I poked my head in this branch recently, I got a pumpkin seed roll to go (I did not see anything but bread that was vegan). My roll was quite nice and filling. And that is basically how I view this place: a venue where if you are passing by, you can grab some bread that is much better than the typical bread--and if you are not expecting much, you might not be disappointed.
