Pranzo a buffet con piatti che si pagano a peso. Il buffet è estremamente vario, con ingredienti di qualità cucinati con arte e senza sofisticazioni (a volte eccessive nella cucina vegana). Qui è tutto sano, genuino, abbondante e cucinato con gusto.

What a lovely place! A gem! Buffet table consists of so many yummy Italian dishes. Authentic flavours, but also seitan, tempeh etc. Also breakfast selection is good. Warmly recommended!

What is there not to love? I asked for a little bit of everything from the buffet and got a full plate prepared. Everything tasted wonderful, all pretty healthy, and pretty good price. Great service, reasonable time to table, Italy has been treating me pretty well so far🙏

Easy Delicious, and Varied - Edit
Staff seated us outside as we didn't have a reservation. Food was plentiful and easy to understand ingredients. Staff spoke enough English to communicate process (fill and weigh plate, get reciept, pay at conclusion) and take take orders for drinks.

100% Bio have a unique buffet where you pay by weight for what you buy – so don’t overload your plate straight away! The food was delicious, I didn’t go overboard with the amount. We returned later for pastries and savouries, my partner didn’t like his wrap, but I really liked the filled croissants and the calzone.

A fully vegan buffet with a huge variety of dishes that switch up every time. The dishes include fresh salads, dips, roasted veggies, stews etc. Everything is extremely delicious. I totally recommend stopping by if you’re in Rome.

Great place if you are looking for something other than the typical pasta and pizza as a tourist. Had a beautiful hummus topped flatbread, carrot soup, and filo-like pastry lasagna. Menu only in Italian and staff was very helpful. Felt much more like a local place.

We went on Sunday and luckily got the last table that wasn't reserved. The buffet started at midday and you took a plate, put your food on, weighed on a scale and then got a weight receipt. Price wise it was in line with other Rome restaurants, I went with kids and told them to start small and could always go back. The food was lovely. So good I forgot to take a photo. Lasagna, gorgeous seitan, greens, hummus, artichokes. Really hearty and a great change from pizza. A little fancy for the kids but they loved choosing their own food

Un trionfo di sapori! Ho preso un po' di ogni portata dal buffet del pranzo per poter assaggiare tutto e non c'è stata una sola cosa che non abbia avuto voglia di mangiare di nuovo! Cinque stelle piene soprattutto alla zucca alla scapece (talmente buona che ho finito per riportarne cinque etti a casa per cena xD), gli gnocchi al sugo e l'hummus, che credo sia il più buono che abbia mai mangiato finora (e ne ho provati e prodotti tanti, eh). Healthy vegan buffet - Edit
We went for the dinner buffet. You can have the server choose 5 items for you for a fixed price of 10€ or 10 items for 15€. This also includes a glass of fresh juice. Alternatively you can choose yourself and pay 2,8€ per hg. They had various grain dishes, vegetable preparations, proteins (bean, tempeh, legume or tofu dishes), and a few cold salad options. The plate is microwaved prior to adding any chosen cold items. The portion was filling. It was nice to try a lot of different things. Some of the items were a little cold and would’ve been better warmer. The only thing that wasn’t good was the Cannelloni - after sitting all day the texture just wasn’t pleasant at all. Overall the plate was tasty though.
Read moreThe 2 fresh juices they had for that day were both delicious. The first one was called Basic and it had Apple, Melon and Carrot. The second was called Salute Vera and it had Apple, Orange, Beetroot, and Ginger. They were so delicious I could drink a whole jug of either.
For Dessert we got an Almond cheesecake with a drizzle of fig marmalade. It was tasty!

Eccellente locale con modalità buffet self service a pranzo, interamente vegan. Solo la sera si mangia a la carte. Tutto buonissimo. Ottima qualità e varietà dei cibi. Personale molto attento e amabile. Hanno pure offerta di dolci e gelati.
