Discriminatory!!! Do not support!!! - Edit
This restaurant has a sign in English and Japanese at the entrance. The English version explains they acommodate many types of dietary needs. The Japanese version says if you are Japanese you have to pre-register with them and "agree to their philosophy", whatever that means. That's just plain discriminatory and I refused to step inside this restaurant.

Zesty ramen was an 8/10. Very good broth. The staff were very very friendly and spoke good English. I got to have a good conversation about Osaka at the bar with my waiter. This is way better than many of the vegan restaurants on HappyCow with 5 stars and lots of reviews.

We loved the atmosphere, service and food. The wait staff is so friendly and we had the spicy ramen with dumplings on the side. They were both very good. We saw reviews complaining about it being for tourists and not locals. But as a tourist it’s nice to have people from Japan speak English recommend places to you and teach you some Japanese. We would highly recommend eating here worth the price and the food was delicious.

Best ramen I’ve had in Japan - Edit
While most vegan ramens were unsatisfactory (as person form Warsaw I have high expectations), Osaka Engine Ramen was the only one that I could simply describe as delicious and full of flavors. Its fully vegan, made form locally grown crops (both vegetables and herbs that are strongly present in the soup). The noddles were freshly made. It’s 5/5 ramen, I’ll will definitely eat it again in their second restaurant in Kyoto.

As delicious as the ramen may be – I cannot recommend this place. The prices are 2–3 times higher than regular ramen, and frankly, I’m tired of vegans and vegetarians always having to pay extra. But what’s even more concerning: this restaurant openly discriminates and explicitly excludes Japanese customers. There is a sign at the entrance stating this, and several Google reviews confirm that they only welcome foreign customers – likely because they assume they can charge them more. Discrimination of any kind should not be supported. Sorry.

- the staff. Service was exceptional. You received an apron (good for sloppy eaters like me...) and they speak English and chat with you while you are waiting - this really added to the experience for us. Warm, friendly and accommodating with lots of time for you

Overall - superb for a vegan. This place will do incredibly well.
