Lovely 100% plant based cafe/restaurant. Very cool vibe inside and staff were welcoming and polite. Service was really fast. We went in the morning for brunch and I had a banana bread latte, which was different and nice to try something new. My partner had a maple and sea salt latte which came with vanilla oat milk and these both came presented lovely. We both ordered the tofu benedict and wow! Presentation, flavour and portion size were all 10/10 - would love to go back and try something off their main menu as there was lots of exciting choice. There are cheaper places to go but for the portion sizes and quality of food, it's worth a little extra! Overall, great find and definitely worth visiting in Prague!

We had breakfast here and absolutely loved it! The menu was great - an amazing mix of classics and more creative options. The portions were generous and everything tasted amazing. Additionally, the food was ready in no time at all which was great. They have a good selection of plant based milks and the coffee was also very good. There is also a small shelf with retail items such as Blendsmiths hot chocolates, kimchi flavoured goods, coffee beans and wines

I've been here a few months ago and left without a choice but had to take my food out because they were too packed. Came back tonight with a room reservation for their hotel and found a free table, so I ordered myself lasagna and a beer.

The beer, for my taste, was rather "meh". Hardly carbonated, just like tap beer often is in Czech Republic and why I prefer bottled beer here. But hey, it's about the food, not the booze, no?
So 5 stars from me 😉

The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food is mostly delicious. Even when the place is full, we didn't have to wait long. Completely vegan, including traditional dishes. The fantastic cocktails are especially noteworthy. Prices are a bit higher than at most other vegan restaurants in the area.

Nice time at Palo Verde - Edit
I went there with a friend for dinner. We shared a cheeseburger, a chickenburger, fries and coleslaw. Everything was lovely, but we thought the cheeseburger was the best of the bunch. I tried the toffee nut hot chocolate, which was delicious, and the limo was really nice too. If you like chocolate, I'd definitely recommend trying one.

I ate here loads since I stayed at the hotel thats connected to the restaurant. Everything I tried here was fine, but nothing was amazing. The lasagna was a little bland for example. The dish i liked the least was the cheesebuger. Not a big fan of the patty personally and again I thought it could've been more flavourful. The chicken burger was better in my opinion. The best thing I've had here might have been the pancakes and the banana bread latte.

A lovely vegan place in Prague - Edit
We stayed at the Salvator Boutique hotel which offered us breakfast at the Palo Verde. It was not a classic buffet breakfast, but you choose yourself a dish from the breakfast menu. We also got a hot drink and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was really tasty and we also both got very full. We decided to go back for some tapas and cake in the evening as well. Everything was great, would go again.

We had the seabuckthorn juice, traditional Czech steak, rice bowl and miz reca cake plus a beer that we thought was Czech but actually came from Berlin 😅 everything was good. I liked that they left out multiple ingredients from the bowl, as I didn't like them. The place itself is nice with real plants and clean.

went here on our last day and shared the “tofu benedict” and “tofu scramble”. Food and drinks came quickly and the staff here is very friendly. The tofu benedicy really is something special and was a cool experience, as I’ve never eaten eggs benedict I can’t compare but it truly was delicious and put together so thoughtfully. The tofu scrambled was plated with sausages, that were so flavorful and really pulled the whole plate together.

The food was incredibly tasty; we tried the Czech Christmas dinner ("fish" and potato salad) and the vegan steak served with Czech dumpling and a vegetable gravy, which is also a traditional Czech dish. They were both delicious and very satisfactory in terms of portion size. We also had a cup of coffee (cappuccino) and chocolate milk, both of which were well prepared and delicious. A great plant-based restaurant overall! I would highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious with a great variety on the menu. At first, I thought the portion might be a bit small, but it turned out to be perfectly filling. Amazing value for money. Cozy place, not too crowded, and friendly service. 100% recommended.

We usually really appreciate 100% vegan restaurants, but here we didn’t really enjoy the food or the service. One dish was excellent, but the rest of the food was mediocre, and the waitress was impatient.
