Loved everything we ordered. We ordered two set menus for lunch. I love a set menu and it didn’t disappoint. One was with a soy burger (which had a lovely taste to it) and another with some sort of soy nuggets. Really juicy. Ordered French fries which were very tasty. The salad was great and the dressing made it heavenly. Disappointed I didn’t leave room for desert. Like the terminator said….I’ll be back

Familiar Mix Of Asian/Western Comfort Foods. Safe, if unexciting. - Edit
Having just about covered all of the uniquely Osaka foods that we were looking to eat, we decided to visit somewhere with a more versatile menu, rewarding the kids for their food bravery for the week, and Paprika Shokudo was a good choice for that.
Read moreThere's vegan versions of various fried food favourites and other Western safety nets like burgers and fries. The tempeh burger that we ordered was nicely put together and ate like a good burger should. The fried oyster set, despite being something that I personally wouldn't usually enjoy, had a delicious butter filling in it and worked nicely as part of a meal set. The fried vegan chicken could have been great. The mushrooms were treated well and it was a nice coating, but there was far too much grease and oil that came out while eating. It made it difficult to like. The omurice was fine. A bit unflavoured when it came to the filling but they did well with the omelette itself, really achieving an egg like texture during cooking.
The interior is pleasantly lit, with warm colouring and nice choices of furniture, with lots of wood. It's a comfortable place to eat. None of the food was something to excite but definitely, this is a worthwhile addition to a list of places to look to dine at in Osaka, just maybe not at the top of said list.
Pros: Cute, comfortable interior and very clean, Safe menu with familiar/family-friendly choices, The sets are a good value feed
Cons: Most menu options aren't the healthiest, Some of the food was overly oily

Wow. The highest ranking restaurant in Osaka is well. Delicious from start to finish. Big portions. Super friendly and English speaking staff. That was amazing 👏

Schöne Location, leckeres Essen mit frischem Gemüse. Es gibt viele Optionen, wenn man sie denn mit Google Lens übersetzt hat. Leider hat es bei mir nicht geklappt die Website zu übersetzen und ich musste umständlich bestellen. Das Essen ist allerdings den Aufwand wert und man wird satt von den normalen Portionen. Man kann auch Teile von Gerichten einzeln dazu bestellen und beim Getränk entscheiden wann es gebracht werden soll. Vor/mit/nach dem Essen.

This cafe is very convenient to place an order using a QR code and there is also a small vegan goods store inside, I bought sausages and vegan tuna in a can. The staff was very nice, when we came to dinner, there were not very many guests, but later people came. We ordered a set with soy fried meat, gyoza as an appetizer and sake as a drink. I liked the set very much, the gyoza was quite simple, the sake was pleasant. Maybe a little expensive, but when the food is delicious, it feels ok😄

Enjoyed this on both our trips to Japan a year apart. The menu is huge and lots to try. Staff are friendly and it’s a relaxed and casual setting. The food is completely delicious. Certainly recommend it!

A really nice and cozy vegan restaurant in Osaka. I read everywhere that it takes a long time for the food to be served, but we were there for dinner and only waited about 15 minutes.
Read moreThe food was much better than expected! The vegan omelette with rice tasted really good. The only downside was the fries – they were soggy and greasy. It’s always better when they’re crispy. But I would definitely recommend it!

Really delicious lunch! Expect a possible wait, it’s a smaller place and we had to wait about 45 minutes for our food. Totally worth it though - I had a rice bowl with soy meat and it was so filling and satisfying!

The food is healthy and hearty. Especially enjoyed the cheesecake. Really liked the ordering system, it’s super quick and easy! They also have a little shop with frozen donuts, cup ramen and other snacks.

I popped in after wandering around town as I felt like dessert. The soy ice cream and cheesecake were great. Very impressed. And they have grocery items which include Tan Tan Ramen cup noodles.

You can order from your phone. I had ordered a Perrier but they came and told me they’d run out and I could see it come off my order automatically. I had the tempeh pizza. I really liked the cheese sauce on it. Delicious flavour. I’d like some veggies on my pizza other than onion though. My partner had the soy meat set. He liked it although remarked the soup was a little flavourless. We also shared a banana type smoothie with sesame which was really nice.

Extremely considerate of gluten cross contamination - Edit
Me and my partner with a gluten sensitivity had the best meal in Osaka during our 4 day stay. The space is cosy and communal with seamless service. Gluten free options on the menu with great service to clarify if we were sharing and what level of gluten avoidance was needed.

Great meal I had 2 soya mains which to me were like sides (huge stomach), the tempeh burger was great the sauce was amazing and all the meal was healthy inc the fries. Super cheap too for what I received!

Really cute restaurant at which we ate multiple times during our time in Osaka. This was a great place to try some local food options. The food tastes great and their service is really quick. They also have a small store in the middle of the restaurant where you can buy vegan snacks like frozen donuts or vegan cup noodles.

Lovely, bright restaurant in central Osaka. Very easy to find. Lots of choice on the menu, from Japanese dishes to western burgers and fries. We had a soy meat and veg rice bowl with kimchi which had a deep, rich flavour, a tempeh burger that was very filling and a decadent chocolate tarte for dessert. It was all utterly delicious! Service was warm and friendly - and they do frozen vegan doughnuts to takeaway!

I went for the oyster dish and it was probably the best meal I’ve had in Japan. Each bite an absolute pleasure. The side dishes were thoughtful and tasty. The salad was as fresh as I’ve come across here accompanied by homemade dressing that was uniquely zesty.
