Cake Tres Leches 🥛🍰 (10PEN)
First time having this cake and despite doubts it's been amazing. Sweet but not too much and you can decide on the texture on your own depending if you dip it in the sauce or not.

Good option for vegans - Edit
Cute, peaceful venue. Menu gave no description of dishes. The scrambled tofu came with avo, mushrooms, picked radish salad and toast and was fantastic. The avo and mushroom on toast was good too but way too many onions on top. Service was lacking.

Chill Vibes & Good Food - Edit
Lovely patio/terrace with friendly vibes. I ordered the "parrilla" and although it wasn't out of this world, the food was really good. They have a lot of different dishes and can accommodate dish modifications.

The 3 Leche cake and Lemmon pie are delicious.

Great place but not the best we've found in Cusco - Edit
The food here was pretty good, but not quite on the same level as Chia Vegan.
Read moreWe had the avocado toast, choripapa (basically seitan and potato with a dipping sauce), and ají de hongos (basically rice with a rich sauce with mushrooms onion and potatoes). All pretty tasty.
We also went for the tres leche cake as we saw another review which was very positive. We weren't actually that keen on it... Good but not great.
We also got coffees - I think if you don't specify they use hazelnut milk, so if you're not that keen on that milk, might be worth seeing if they have others!
We think the menu must have changed as there wasn't a farmer's breakfast option!
Good place to have traditional Peruvian dishes, but vegan.
Pros: Vegan versions of Peruvian dishes

Salted Crepe - Edit
4⭐️ plus one more for being a fully vegan place. My breakfast tasted amazing, although I was kind of shocked at the portion when it arrived. 1 crepe for 20soles is quite pricy for Peru, but welcome to Cusco I guess haha. Other dishes seemed to have better portions for the same price. The meal was hot and flavors were very robust. I deeply enjoyed it.

Try the Green Bowl❣️ - Edit
I was blown away by the creaminess and unbelievable taste of their green bowl made with avocado and served with strawberries, bananas and granola. Also the toast with avocado and mushrooms was great in taste and very satisfying. The patio is quirky and a come together place for likeminded people.

I happen to try this restaurant because it was the closest vegan/vegetarian restaurant to my hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself is very quaint and pretty. You dining outside in a courtyard. It’s also attached to a bike shop, which is quirky and nice.

WOW. This is one of our very few 5 star places and what’s crazy is we came here TWICE in our trips to Peru it was that good. We got the Vegan Grill - which is hands down one of the best vegan dishes we have had IN THE WORLD - and we have been all over. We also got the mocha coffee, the blue spiraling shake and the choco bowl - all were good, although the vegan grill dish was the best.
Atmosphere ****
Very cute outdoor courtyard area and also has indoor area and bathroom.
Service ****
Waiter understood everything and was speedy

One of my 2 fave Vegan places in Peru - Edit
The Tres Leches Cake was to die for. It was so incredible, we went there almost everyday we were in Cusco. Their ice cream that you could have with a Brownie was great too.
Read moreWe went for breakfast once and my girlfriend had the quinoa porridge with 3 kinds of quinoa and it was surprisingly tasty. I had the savoury crepe which was less like a French Crepe and reminded me more of an Irish filled pancake, but it was still very good.
When we went there for dinner, our last night in Cusco, the portions were so generous and filling we ended up taking most of the Saltado away with us and had it for lunch when we arrived in Copacapana, Bolivia the next day.
The fries that came with the saltado were amazing, made from a mixture of different potatoes and sweet potato but the Saltado was a little dry for our liking. For starter we had the Tequeños with guacamole, for someone who's been missing vegan cheese in South America, these were heavenly.
We also had the mixed grill, it was so much food, grilled veggies and pineapple, tasty chimichurri sauce drizzled across the roast potatoes and 3 kinds of 'meat'. One kind was a little chewy, likewise the meat in the saltado. I would say the mixed grill at Green Point is better, but the portion size at Parada Vegana is more and as the two dishes are rather unique from one another you needn't compare them and I strongly recommend checking out both restaurants for dinner in Cusco.
Oh the smoothies were amazing too. We had quite a few Mango Passions made with soya milk (you can choose which plant milk you want) and had great cappuccinos too. The soya milk they use is also available in supermarkets and comes in a tin and is basically condensed milk and I wish it was stocked in European supermarkets as its amazing.
The decor of the place is great and they have a selection of board games to keep you occupied long after your plates have been cleared.
Pros: Tres Leches Cake, Mango Passion Smoothie, Great outdoor seating area plus indoor seating
Cons: That I am no longer in Cusco to visit
