Had a nice dessert here

It's a good small place. It was just a bit bussy - and that on a Sunday afternoon.

Beautiful, healthy food

The food here is so colorful and vegetable forward. I really enjoyed the pizza and 'lasagna' (pita sheets between a tofu and spinach mix). The chickpea flour quiche is also really nice. They have a wide selection of readymade food as well as a lunch special and of course, raw desserts (very common in Serbia!)

The only downside is that the readymade food isn't heated up but otherwise, it is flavorful. The server said it was all vegan when I asked.

Good healthy food but….

So Paradise is not self service, they have a choice of ready made meals such as lasagnes and pies and a salad bar which they serve you from. They specialise in cheesy tofu things. The salads were a bit dry but quite tasty. They have a large selection of cakes but about 70% had honey in . Honey is spelt Med in Serbo-Croatian. I had a fig tart that was very figgy- as one might anticipate!
The service was friendly though the English not great. It may be worth noting for those who have been traumatised by such organisations and for those of us who detest them, that Paradise is run by Christians probably Seventh Day Adventists. There are loads of kitsch books about being lost and found and saved laying around but mostly in the local tongue. We vegan foodies would have a lot less options to eat out if it weren’t for the religious folk on a mission so I find it pragmatic to eat and ignore even though it saddens me.

Pros: All vegan except for honey, Fine moist tofu cheese pies etc, Not too expensive, plenty of seating

Cons: Honey spoils the cake selection , Religious literature spoils the atmosphere , Signs and labels in Serb only.

Healthy, nice food at a fair price

Paradise food is a self service with a large choice of mostly vegan, healthy, nice dishes. I recommend their fixed price lunch menu for 700 dinars: great value for money. Its also a place to read a book or do some work as the sitting area is large, non smoking and well arranged. The only minus is that it lacks a bit of an atmosphere, and they dont serve coffee (although you can have chicory coffee). I imagine that this is probably an ethical choice. The staff speak basic English.

Tasty food, big portions, cheap

Incredibly cheap for the centraly located vegan/vegetarian ,elegant place. I always need something "with a spoon" , and this place didn't disappoint. Cooked foods, soups, delicious desserts (for around 2e!), complete lunch menu for just 7e. Very friendly staff and elegant decor. So far, the best experience in Belgrade. Highly recommended.

Pros: Everything

It was really delicious and yummy! I was pleasantly surprised that everything (except desserts) was 50% off from 19h to 20h
