Incredible vegan desserts! - Edit
Wow! Amazing bakery with a complete fridge/case devoted to vegan desserts -- red velvet cake, tantalizing lemon custard with cream; plus many many vegan flavors of ice cream. We bought the lemon custard/tart, a slice of red velvet, and cheesecake for only 8 euros. Very nice staff and we wish they were in Athens too. Tastiest desserts we've had, hands down.

Pasalidis has the best vegan desserts in all of Thessaloniki with an entire case of purely vegan desserts. They also have some of the best vegan ice cream I’ve tried (go for tiramisu or cheesecake flavors). They even made us a vegan birthday cake which was absolutely incredible. They have very kind staff who are happy to serve the vegan options. Highly recommend! My favorite is the carrot cake but you really can’t go wrong with anything.

It is just incredible how this 'zacharoplastio' (patisserie) manages to veganize some classics. 'Trigono' (triangle) with creme was definitely the highlight!

Excellent pastries with a delicious cream and although sweet, not as sickly sweet as I remember Greek sweets can be. The pastry was perfectly crispy and my non-vegan family couldn't tell the cream was vegan.

It was so tasty, I would not be able to tell it is vegan if I didn’t know it. In a good way! There are many options, hard to choose because everything looks so good! Pistachio mango desert/tart was so tasty and perfectly balanced, not too sweet and deliciously creamy. Helpful and friendly staff also!

Each and every vegan option is sooo damn good. We had to walk a lot from the hotel we stayed in but definitely worth it. Everything tastes heavenly, you can't even say it apart from non vegan. Guys are doing an excellent job and everything is fresh every day. For anyone visiting this city, you SHOULD try this pastry shop.

The vegan products were good, I have nothing negative to say. Only one thing that broke my heart was that they only do the pistachio and raspberry croissants in the winter time, and I have been looking for vegan pistachio croissant with cats and dogs. But defenetly amaizing!

Read moreI absolutely love every vegan sweet and every ice-cream flavor I have tried, but my personal favorites are the profiterole cream puff and the walnut filled chocolate ("karioka" in greek)!
Very reasonable prices and the owners who also prepare and serve are lovely people! They really do know what ingredients to use and sometimes are even open to suggestions for new sweets!

They have many different options:A fridge full of pastries and they also had these nut creations which were partly vegan.I got one croissant (it's not a traditional one and extremely sweet so I recommend to eat it which something salty) ,one tarte and a box full of baklava like pastries.All super great and I paid just 11euro for 2heavy boxes.

I made the lucky mistake of getting 2 croissants: one pistachio and one forest fruits (which also has surprise chocolate in the middle 🤤).

Know that they’re more like a dessert/pâtisserie creation than the kind of croissant you might be used to.
