Vegan Soft Serve - Edit
Looks like they now do Vegan soft serve ice cream in a cup or a cone. Vegan hot drinks too with plant milks. Didn't see any vegan cakes though.

Bad, all cakes contain gelatine - Edit
Amsterdam has many vegetarian, vegan, kosher en hallal citizens.
Read moreThis bakery does not care about its customers. Almost all their cakes contain gelatine, that is animal based.
They don't even warn you.
If you love cows don't go there.
Pros: The cakes look nice
Cons: Almost all cakes contain gelatine, No information about the ingredients, To expensive

Good Vegan Cake, Lacks Vegan Options - Edit
I came across this cute patisserie (pastry shop). I had a look inside; the inside is beautiful, with large windows, classy interior, and a nice open space. Tell sell cakes and drinks. Plant-based milk available.
Read moreI asked, and they have at least 1 vegan cake option. The rest was unfortunately not vegan. I was adviced to visit the pastry shop in De Bijenkorf (the shopping mall this patisserie is part of) right across the street for more vegan options.
I tried their ‘Vegan Cake’. It was really good, haven’t had such a nice cake in a long time. Per piece they were quite pricy (€4,50). You’ll end up saving money if you buy a whole cake (€17)
