Great veggie noodle soup

The menu here has very clearly labeled vegan options and I always come here for the veggie noodle soup. It’s not too salty, has a lot of veggies, and you can choose between soft tofu or fried tofu. $2 extra makes your soup extra large which is way too big for me to eat alone.

Clear vegan options, not great value

I love that they have vegan Vietnamese food in Smyrna with a very clearly designated vegan options section.

Tofu / veggie pho
Tofu / veggie stir fry
Summer rolls/ spring rolls

They also have lots of other options with meat.

I can’t speak to the meat options but the vegan pho, vegan stir fry, doesn’t seem like great value. Very little tofu in both. The pho broth was not that flavorful. Still pretty tasty because I love Vietnamese food, and good to have a vegan Vietnamese option available!

Cons: Not great value, Could be more flavorful
