Tasty - Edit
Loved that this place had a seperate vegan menu with pizzas, pastas, sides and desserts. I had the Hawaiian pizza which was super tasty, however I didn’t like the presentation of the pizza and thought it could have been done a bit better. My boyfriend thought the same about his potato and sausage pizza. All in all it was decent priced and tasty food with good options, just lacked presentation. Would recommend for a tasty stop for lunch.

Expensive but great - Edit
The owner was really friendly, spoke a lot and offered a vegan truffle cheese for us to taste. Pizzas were really good, but it’s very expensive, won’t go there often for the reason alone.

Visited here as it was close to my hostel, and offered more than veggie burgers. Was not disappointed in my vegan lasagne, but next time I'd ask for it extra hot :)

Could use more veggies... - Edit
I have to say the vegan pizzas we had were very tasty! However, it was mostly the vegan cheese and the tomato sauce what made it tasty. One pizza was 11 €, which in my opinion is a bit to pricey considering that there were barely any veggies on it, and not many toppings in general...but nothing to complain about the taste itself. Just very decent, filling, not the healthiest comfort food.

Makes my tastebuds dance each time - Edit
I live in Gothenburg Sweden quite some distance from Berlin. Though, I go there rather frequently and every time I make sure to visit this place because it is and I love it. The delicious pizzas with the dough that was made some days ago and has now transformed to an amazing crispy pizza just a hint of acidity combining it with top quality topping. The vegan cheese is great and the tomato sauce heavenly.

Tasty pizzas! - Edit
Great pizzas! Many vegan options - from “salami substitute to more fancy ones like artichoke cream, fresh mushrooms and spinach (that’s what I got, very nice!). A bit on the pricey side if you pick a more fancy toppings, but totally worth it.

Yum pizza - Edit
The vegan pizza I had (normal with 3 toppings of your choice) was amazing! Thin crust but beautiful ‘cheese’ and yum Aubergine, mushroom and onion! My friend had the baked pesto pasta which was delicious but just not super flavoursome. The chocolate cake was yum but tasted like it might have been sitting there for a few days and the tiramisu was basically just vegan cream, wouldn’t buy dessert again but would buy dinner!!! Pool table for while you wait for food is very fun!

Pizza immense - Edit
The pizza menu is extensive. We ordered the cheesy mushroom and sosage pizza. Base was delicious - easily one of the tastiest I've had here. Tiny bit on the pricey side for the size of it though, but left feeling full.

Excellent - Edit
Visited here with a large group and they made us feel very welcome. They have a separate vegan menu with lots of choices as well as a menu serving meat and dairy products. An excellent place to visit if you are in a mixed group as there will be something for everyone. They even gave us free shots after dinner and reserved a pool table for us to use for free.

Dear Mr. Enusaurus,
Read moreThank you for your feedback.
We are sorry you could not appreciate our 48/72 rested dough. For your information we are not using ZERO sugar in our doughs recipes. Our doughs are done according the most traditional recipes using jut flours from 5 Stagioni (best environmentally friendly Flours producer in Italy), yeast, Italian Exta Vergin Olive Oil & water . No sugar.
Regarding the thickness and size we appreciate your very personal opinion but Pizzas are over 29cm that is most common size in Italy. Bigger pizza usually do not cook well.
Regarding the Vegan Salami we do not baked as we are using top quality Bio Vegan Salami and as per Italian tradition Salami, Ham ect are placed after cooking in order to retain the full flavours & organoleptic properties. On the top the Vegan substitutes are reacting badly to high temperature as they are done with coconut oils that it tend to melt once cooked.
We will be happy to bake salami next time just ask for it.
Our Vegan lasagnas are great success as we bake it freshly everyday and we sorry if you find the price too expensive for your pockets. We are selling more that 100 portions per week!
We would like to have you as guest at your earliest convince and in order to organise pls write to storemanager@pizzare.com.
Best regards.

An absolute must! - Edit
The food here is just amazing. My friend and I visited 3 times during our week long stay in Berlin in May...THAT good. For starters, the vegan menu is huge. I tried their margherita, veggie, 4 cheese, and sausage pizza and loved them all. Best vegan mozzarella I've ever had. The owner is vegan, and he came over after we had finished eating to chat and make sure we enjoyed our meal. Staff members spoke German, English and Italian. All were kind and helpful. Can't wait to visit again when I'm back in Berlin!

Best pizza ive ever had! - Edit
Their pizza was so amazing we had to go several times! The staff is incredibly lovely, they gave my boyfriend a free vegan "Nutella" calzone because it was his birthday, and it tasted just like regular Nutella, so I had to get a jar of it. They're super helpful and showed me what kind of ingredients they used when I asked. A must to visit if staying in Berlin!

This is my first time visiting Berlin and yesterday I ate at Pizzare for the first time. The food was suuuper tasty (I had the vegan lasagna) and I was able to have tiramisu again for the first time since I went vegan! It was so good. The staff is extremely friendly and it's also very affordable. It basically has everything you could ever ask from a restaurant. Absolutely amazing place and if I ever find myself in Berlin again I will definitely come back.

Original Italian food - Edit
Half of menu is vegan. Here is vegan lasagna, lots of different vegan pizzas, pastas, foccacias, both with fake meat and fake cheese, but also "just" with vegetables. They also have desserts. And vegan nutella crossaints and pizzas (the nutella tastes so good, good hazelnut flavor). I have had their pizza with four types of cheese. It was very good, especially the dough/crust - so elastic! The (very friendly) owner (who's vegan himself) told me, that they let the dough rise for 72 hours! I've also had their lasagna. It's just perfect!! So creamy and rich in taste... You can taste the care and attention that's been put into the food here. I'll definitely have to come back here, next time I'm in Berlin!

Mixed experience - Edit
I had a mixed experience at Pizzare. I was pretty excited to go, as the menu is fabulous. Lots of vegan options, clearly delineated. The owner was super friendly. I had a pretty yummy sausage pizza. No complaints. My wife's pizza was a truffle oil pizza and I swear, it was literally DRIPPING in oil. I mean dripping, not just slightly overdone. I am hoping it was just a bad day by the cooks, as the place does look pretty darn good, and my pizza was quite tasty.

Best place we've ever been to - Edit
Everything this place has to offer is delicious. The vegan menu has many options. I went here with my girlfriend for a second time during our 3 day stay in Berlin. I had the regular pizza mozarella, which was the best pizza I ever had. She had a vegan pizza called 'vegan lovers', a special. It had an artichoke sauce, artichokes, mushrooms, olives, and spinach. The owner told us he likes to make recipes without vegan substitutes like vegan cheese. Well, this vegan lovers pizza was the best my girlfriend has ever had!
Read moreFor dessert, we had two slices of vegan cake. One was 'sachtertorte' (chocolate cake) with vegan cream on top. The other was an almond pistacho cake. They both were SO GOOD. I also had an espresso to go with it, which was the best I ever had.
Seriously, everything was so good. Go there and be amazed.
Pros: Everything is delicious, Staff is ever so nice, Prices are very good
Cons: None
