La de mortadela la pidió una chica que no es vegana ni vegetariana y le sorprendió bastante.
Sin duda, con lo que me quedaría... es con el postre; el de ferrero está buenísimo. Aunque pequeño para su precio.

I was really looking forward to visit Pizzi Dixie, since I visited Botanique (the previous restaurant of the owner) some years ago and it was a delight, but discovering all the vegan scene in Madrid kept me busy, but finally I did it. I have to admit that I had really high expectatives, and they were fulfilled, it was even much better. They have delicious italian food, desserts, entrées and the prices are very very correct. I'm sure this restaurant will be a complete success and hopefully the owner open some more restaurants elsewhere

Not only was this one of the best vegan pizzas I ever had but the dessert absolutely blew my mind! I had the pizza with pistachio creme and my dad went for the pepperoni pizza. I loved the dough which is super fluffy, also the toppings are just right. But then comes the dessert! If they have the Ferrero Roche cake on the menu be sure to leave some spice in your tummy, it is to die for!

Las pizzas de Pizzi & Dixie están deliciosas, y tienen además mucha variedad, mi favorita es la que lleva trufa. Además, tienen opción para masa sin gluten. No he tenido la oportunidad aún de probar el resto de su carta, pero tengo muchas ganas de probar los raviolis la próxima vez.

La pizza está riquísima, creo que la mejor pizza vegana que he comido. Y el risotto inmejorable (cuando lo tienen). los postres son espectaculares!!! Los días de diario a veces tienen como un pequeño menú del día. El personal es muy amable. He ido varias veces y repetiré.

This is one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Madrid. The pizzas are simply amazing. The fried polenta starter is out of this world. The staff is super friendly and I love the decor. I 100% recommend.

The Italian Standard - Edit
My newly pizza standard is now based off what I've ate in Roma. All the pizza I ate there were all lightly crispy all around. Even slice/square by the kilo pizza joints, they toasted each piece to a perfect crisp. So far what I had in Barcelona and now Madrid, they all failed my Italian Standard. The taste was about a 4.5 but the texture was a 4, soft and flimsy (like what I had in Barca). And the Beyond sausage tasted like what I remembered what breakfast sausage tasted like. Overall 4 stars.

Pedimos el menú del día que era puré de coliflor asada con taboule de coliflor y sus hojas a la plancha y parmentier de castañas con heura en pepitoria. Y también los raviolis rellenos de shitakes. Ordered the eggplant garlic pizza which was super!!!! Loved the cheese on it. Also ordered the tagliatelle with truffle. Didn’t like this one. But the pizza was so good I didn’t care the pasta wasn’t my thing. Booked a table for two days later!

La experiencia ha sido buenísima en todos los sentidos. La comida estaba deliciosa, el precio fue muy asequible y nos sirvieron en abundancia. No me quedé con hambre y eso, en mí, es bastante difícil. La atención del servicio fue estupenda y el local era muy tranquilo, limpio (incluidos los baños) y agradable. Repetiremos seguro.
