I tried Plant Based Pizzeria for the first time shortly after it opened a few years ago, and it's been one of my favorites ever since then. I love the crust made with spelt flour and their homemade ranch dressing. I will say I do think they could be more generous with the toppings. They can be sparse sometimes. In addition to pizza, they also have a variety of desserts, burgers, and weekly specials (sometimes even breakfast food). I've only ever had their pizza and a slice of chocolate cake, but I have no doubt that the rest of their food would be phenomenal too.

This place is incredible. There's nothing more I can really say. Go there, try it. You'll be glad you did. We had a Vegan Deluxe and a Georgia Peach (both gluten-free). The Georgia Peach was one of the most unique and f'n delicious creations we have EVER had. Coming from New England I grew up eating ALOT of pizza so, I didn't expect to have my mind blown eating pizza in Atlanta but, it happened...the chefs put love in those dishes and you can damn sure taste it. We'll definitely be visiting again when in the ATL ♥️!!!

It was really difficult to choose what we wanted because everything looked so good. We ended up getting the taco pizza, chilli cheese fries and Philly cheese steak Flatbread 😋 Everything was delicious! The chilli cheese fries were sooo good - they used chickpeas for the beans which was different but worked really well and complimented the cheese sauce perfectly. The pizzas were outstanding! I found out later that they make their own ranch so I'm bummed I didn't try one of the ranch based pizzas.

I got the 1/2 and 1/2 so that I could try two of their wonderful looking pizzas. The Georgia peach was definitely my favorite, but the Off Da Wall was also good. It’s so refreshing to feel “normal” as a vegan just ordering pizza and not having to ask about removing things or if there is honey in the crust. Bless this place! Also, the pizzas are way bigger than the pictures make them look.

This place is awesome. The food is amazing (and that vegan ranch...omg so good!), our food was ready in about 15 minutes, and the people working were so friendly and helpful! They also have a half-and-half option so you can try two different pizzas without ordering double!

I have been following this business for a while so I was super excited to try it. My husband and I got the half and half with pepperoni and spinach artichoke. I don’t know why my husband wanted spinach artichoke 🤷🏾♀️.

For 1 half and half pizza, 2 lemonades, 1 oatmeal cream pie and cake in a jar it cost $51. I mean it’s a little pricey but not that bad. At least the crust was gluten free and I believe it’s made with spelt flour.
Now the sweeets ... those are fire 🔥 but very very sweet. That cake in a jar is something else and the oatmeal creams pies...👌🏾
I do think this place has potential tho.

Fiancé and I ordered a takeaway pizza from here for lunch and we ended up settling on 1/2 Buffalo chicken and 1/2 Georgia peach.
Read moreBoth were pretty tasty, though I’m only giving 4 stars because I wasn’t necessarily blown away - it’s funny how sometimes vegan pizza can taste like nothing? But the spices and fun flavors (ex peaches/jalapenos) on this gave it a nice flavor boost compared to some others that I’ve tried. And the size was the perfect amount to split! I also like that the crust is a spelt crust, but just FYI it’s a little more dense than some folks might be used to.
Overall, I’d be game to go back and try more from here - thinking next time we’ll give one of the flatbreads a shot! 😊

It is take out only. We tailgated in the parking lot. I saw other people eating in their cars. They use Follow Your Heart vegan cheese. They don't smother the pizza in the vegan cheese. It is just enough where I could still taste the sauce. Because it was not overused, it toasted up. The Beyond Sausage was great. My husband liked his pepperoni pizza. I don't think it was a Beyond product but still good. The crust is a thin crunchy crust. The containers were the compostable plant fiber containers.

I can not believe this place has so many good reviews?? I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone I know because it was horrible! They price the food ridiculously high and it was less than mediocre. I tried the “spicy chicken sandwich with cheese” and it was literally two Quorn spicy vegan patties on a bun with no cheese and no sauces or anything-I could make 5 sandwiches at home for the price tag. We also tried a half and half pizza (vegan deluxe and Buffalo chicken) and it was dry with a hard dry, flat bread type crust (which if that’s what I wanted I would’ve just gotten a flatbread). The pizza was kind of flavorless and just tasted like daiya cheese and I wanted to add pepperoni to half and still got charged the full $4. When I picked up the food, the front counter girl wasn’t rude but wasn’t super friendly and made me feel more like a bother for coming in at all. Overall this was a horrible experience and I will absolutely never be back.

I've had many gluten free vegan pizzas and this was the best. Up there next to lil nonna's in Austin. This was the perfect birthday lunch for me! I got the meat lovers and wish I had gone back. We hope to visit again some day!

If you are transitioning or just want to treat yourself a little this will work. Compared to other pizza joints this one is pricey but the good part is you don't have to worry about cross contamination. Having one of their desserts will set you back financially.

Would give zero stars. Let the cashier know when ordering that I was allergic to basil. I ordered a pizza with oil and garlic instead of marinara due to this. Waited the hour for my food, only to go to pick it up and be told that she found out the crust had basil. They had nothing without it to replace it with. On top of this, they had a no refund policy. I explained that had I known the crust had basil, I never would've ordered and that I let the cashier know when I was ordering that I had an allergy and she even checked the sauce with the kitchen. They still refused! I insisted until she got the owners on the phone and they kept refusing until I said I would dispute with my bank.

Ok... I’ve been ordering from here since it’s been opened. And honestly it’s always HIT or Miss. The order is typically messed up in some way. Or they tweak the menu so what you were looking forward to... they no longer offer or are out of (🥨bun). ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. And be prepared to wait 45 mins along with the awkwardness of a attitude from the staff.
