Fancy vegan restaurant - Edit
This the first vegan fine dining restaurant i’ve visited and it was amazing! The chicken pot pie and PS burger were delicious! However, the lasagne I personally found a bit too tomatoey, but other than that the two times I went there were excellent! The staff are very friendly and it is overall just a nice dining atmosphere and worth the costly price.

One of the best vegan places in NYC - Edit
During our stay in NYC we visited a lot of vegan places and this was undoubtedly one of the best. It’s very hard to find fully vegan fine dining places so we were excited to try it out. We loved the chicken pot pie and brownie. If you’re in NYC definitely check it out! :)

Delicious post show fare! - Edit
We had the buffalo wings (mushroom based) & sliders off the late night menu. Great food! Great service! My Omni husband raved about the wings.

Unexpected Vegan elegance right near Times Square! - Edit
After shopping in Times Square late Saturday night, this restaurant was near us with great reviews!! We got the fried artichoke, sliders, Cesar salad and fried chicken. Has to be the best vegan fried chicken I’ve ever had. And the Cesar salad was so delicious. They are pricey but so worth it. Only regret was I didn’t go back to try their breakfast!

Very good. We went twice during a trip to NY. - Edit
All vegan with a nice variety of options on the menu. I had the ‘chicken’ pot pie one evening and the orzo with bratwurst the second time. I prefer the orzo dish. Both times my wife and I shared the brownie and ice cream which is very good. It gets busy so a reservation is recommended.

Full Vegan & Close to Broadway - Edit
Delicious, cruelty free food. Everything is delicious... honorable mention to the: wings, bao buns, & Caesar salad 🥗. If going to a show in the city, this place is a great Vegan option close to Broadway that has a nicer, high-end vibe. Though a little tight, the restaurant is clean, and has some of the best service for a Vegan restaurant I have ever experienced.

Great vegan option in Times Square - Edit
This is an ideal choice if are a vegan tourist to NYC or you have a Broadway show. It's right in the middle of Times Square. The service was extremely quick and efficient. The drinks were excellent, and the faro appetizer was great. My stuffed pepper entree was tasty but was on the small side so I would probably get a beyond burger next time which seemed to be what most people around me were eating.

Awesome Food - Edit
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. We went pretty late at night (1am) and the vibes were laid back and relaxing. The food was delicious, I recommend the wings, the bao, and the BBQ burger! All 3 were super tasty. I also ordered a cocktail with ginger in it, and it was phenomenal. I can't wait to go back!

Yummy but Small Servings - Edit
Biscuit and gravy was delicious, though not big enough for the price and to call it a “large dish.” Cute restaurant in the bustling Times Square area. Delicious but small servings and pricey.

Poor service - Edit
First experience at P. S. Kitchen was fantastic! Second time, not so much. Server was awful. We basically were forgotten about and my boyfriend’s dinner wasn’t great (stuffed pepper). Way to much smoky flavor. Almost inedible. The server not only never checked to see if dinner was tasty, but was sitting at the bar eating dinner when we left. The server that took over for him put the check on the table and never cleared our plates. We left with the check placed on top of a pile of dirty dishes. Just a poor experience.

Another perfect visit to P.S. - Edit
We first visited P.S. Kitchen on our trip to NYC in May 2018 and were excited to visit again this weekend during the festive season. I’m glad to say second trip was just as perfect as the first. Three utterly delicious courses of food, great atmosphere and ambience, and excellent service. The entire dining experience is flawless. Currently our favourite vegan restaurant in the world, we’d be here all the time if we were lucky enough to live in New York. Make it the highlight of your trip and be sure to book a table in advance!

An oasis in midtown - Edit
Found this place thanks to HappyCow - great atmosphere, varied menu, and great beer on tap selection. Portions seemed small for the price but it is midtown Manhattan 🤷♂️. Overall had a great experience and were happy to find a completely vegan restaurant!

The PS brunch special was delicious. And the truffle fries---yum! Profits go toward restoring those affected by human trafficking. Great tea selections, and they serve oat milk along with the usual.

We had drinks, appetizers, main courses, and dessert. Everything was outstanding. As good a vegan meal as we've had in Manhattan, and we've eaten everywhere. Excellent service, albeit a bit slow.

Not for everyone - Edit
I like that this is a nonprofit restaurant, but they need to work on their menu. Almost everything has soy in it, and almost everything has Beyond meat products in it. Also, not a healthy place. I can see why some would like this place, because it is unhealthy tasty food. But if you eat health-focused, eating here is not good. The maitake baos, the glazed mushrooms are deep fried! It doesn’t say this on the menu. Anything deep fried is not healthy, especially paired with white flour. Also, the lasagne could be healthy, but they add Beyond ground beef that has been stir fried before adding to the lasagne. From the menu, you’d think it was just tofu and spinach. For us, we didn’t enjoy our meal here, but I’m sure others would if you eat whatever and eat for just taste.
