Great place for vegans

I would like to give 5 stars, but it is somehow not possible for a not full vegan restaurant.
It's a small restaurant very close to the main attractions in Macau. Lovely waitress/chef who was a vegan herself and could reccomend vegan friendly dishes. I will go there again soon!

Pros: A lot of vegan options, Friendly stuff, Tasty!!!

MUST VISIT

"Puffin Cafe" is a must visit when I go to Macau every time! Although they provide meat, there is nothing can be picky about the vegan food! And the taste is really really great! Must order the "Baked Stuffed Portobello", extremely juicy! And my favorite "Avocado Soy Milk Shake", really want to have a big cup of it right NOW!

Lovely Place in Macao

Having been living as a vegan in China for the last six months it was a treat to have a verified vegan meal at the Puffin Cafe!

Staff are lovely and welcoming, and the cafe itself is very cute and warm. There is a separate vegan/vegetarian menu written in English, and the staff are aware of vegan requirements and were able to answer my questions.

I ordered the soy milk pasta - very creamy, although the vegetables were a little undercooked for my liking. I also had the vegan-ised loaded jackets which were very nice! The raspberry and passion fruit smoothie was delicious.

All in all it cost about 160 MOP/HKD, a little pricey but worth it for a holiday treat, particularly as it’s so close to some of the main tourist spots.

Pros: Clearly labelled menu (in English) , Knowledgable staff , Warm and welcoming atmosphere

Cons: Not yet fully vegan
