Was told that the whole section of vegetarian is vegan. One of the chefs is also a vegetarian himself. Had the eggplant which was nice. Not many seats and quite crowded

Super delicious Indian food - Edit
The best Indian spot in Cuenca in my opinion. Half of the appetizers are vegan and half of the veg entrees are vegan plus 4 vegan chutneys.
