One of a few outlets in Thailand. This second branch in Chiang Mai opened late 2023. Serves a large range of meals plus desserts, coffee, and drinks. Examples of food include rice paper salad rolls, banana pancakes, nachos, quesadilla, burrito, mushroom larb, burger and potato wedges. Also has kids' meals. Open Mon-Sat 8:30am-9:00pm.

We had a burger, a Mexican bowl and chai lattes with coconut milk. It took a bit of time to prepare but worth it in the end. Really tasty and nutritious. Loved all the different seating options and chilled vibe

Healthy but expensive - Edit
This was the closest vegan restaurant to my guesthouse, and that’s why I came twice for convenience. The menu is mostly health-focused (for example rice is always brown and mixed with quinoa). I didnt go more because the price is much higher compared to other places in Chiang Mai.

- nachos: amazing, especially the cheese sauce. I was craving nachos for a long time and this was definitely what I needed
- mushroom larb: not sure if the Thai this is supposed to be the same as the Cambodian, it was a bit underwhelming, just mushroom in spicy sauce. Glad I could leave out the quinoa and have it with just rice.
Service is always good and staff is very friendly. Toilet is clean.
Prices of drinks are shocking, a simple soda water (and all soda’s) costing 79 baht, where everywhere else you pay 30 baht max for a soda water. There is free water available, so you don’t need to order a drink.

This café was very aesthetically pleasing, and right in the middle of Chiang Mai Old City. I only went here once for breakfast, but they seemed to have a great selection on their menu!Super tasty food, and a lovely atmosphere. I had the fungi pita pocket which was a massive serving of chorizo tofu scramble with mushrooms inside a pita pocket stuffed with plenty of veggies. Came with a cashew cream turmeric tahini sauce, which was delicious. 😋

Pure vegan Heaven ..... a pure food heaven!! - Edit
Pure Vegan is easily one of my favorite places to eat in Thailand. The food is incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. I honestly couldn’t choose a favorite.
Read moreSo far I’ve tried the burger with sweet potatoe, the falafel wrap, the burrito bowl, smoothie bowls, iced coffees and tacos — and every single one has been amazing. Everything tastes homemade, vibrant, and satisfying. The presentation is unreal!
The staff are also very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is inviting and it’s the kind of place you immediately feel comfortable coming back to.
I would definitely give Pure Vegan five stars and it would easily be a regular spot for me. Without a doubt, it’s in my top three vegan places to eat in Thailand. Highly recommended!

It is a sweet chill restaurant with some Thai dishes but also some Mexican spiced foods as well as falafels. Nice variety, I needed a break from wonderful Thai food. Food was great, service was kind, really nice natural and relaxed feeling.

I had breakfast twice here and it was great on both occasions. The savory breakfast set was well seasoned and lovely: tofu scramble with mushrooms, chili, sweet potatoes and a nice garlic chia sauce. I went back for their sweet potato pancakes the next day, served with berries, dragon fruit, banana. Loved it. Their juices (I had a ginger orange carrot juice) are good too

Everything was delicious. Thought I was going for pancakes, ended up with the Breakfast Set. Comes with black coffee, and I ordered a lemon/ginger/turmeric elixir. Wanted an immunity boost. The main dish was savory and all of it was delicious. The elixir was tart and ginger heavy (not a bad thing), as I love ginger. Lovely setting, you can either sit at small traditional table or up on a raised floor with pillows and tables.

Lovely little restaurant/cafe with chunky wooden furniture, tree trunk swing seat outside, etc. Indoor seating with air conditioning.

The falafel wrap is exceptionally good! Loads of great options here for food and drinks. Very tasty smoothie bowls. Loved the turmeric/golden latte as they aren’t so easy to come by in Thailand. Little bit pricey in general but the quality is good. And beautifully presented! Quiet space to relax.

We loved our meal at Pure Vegan Heaven. The menu has so many choices, from nourishing bowls to hearty burgers, all beautifully presented and full of taste. The restaurant has a calm garden-like atmosphere, very relaxing after a busy day in Chiang Mai. Service was warm and attentive, and the food was worth the short wait. A great place for anyone who enjoys fresh, flavorful vegan cuisine.

We ordered taco's and tom yum soup. Both were a little bit of a letdown. The taco's were supposed to be served with chorizo tofu, but I could not taste the chorizo. The tom yum was ok, but not as flavourful as we've had. Add up the fact that the food is much more expensive than at other places in Chiang Mai where we've had food, and unfortunately we have to give two stars.
