We love Purezza (so much we even went to the Camden branch on our wedding day!) and this trip was as great as ever!
Read moreThis branch is much smaller than the Camden one but it has a nice cosy decor and ambience. Our server was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
They have a 3 small plates for £18 lunch offer but we had a 50% off pizza voucher so we went for that instead. We got the voucher through their mailing list - I’d definitely recommend signing up as they don’t overdo the emails and they sometimes have great deals like 50% off!
We went for the Four Cheese Pizza and Black Truffle Pizza and they were both delicious as ever! The sourdough base is delicious (they also have alternatives including gluten free) and the toppings and flavours are just excellent as well. Both pizzas were absolutely delicious and I’d highly recommend. They were both great but if I had to pick I would say the flavour of the Black Truffle edged it. Both ones we chose also featured Honestly Tasty cheeses which if you haven’t tried on their own are available in Marks and Spencer and are also really delicious!
I also like that they have gender neutral toilets and sustainable toilet paper. Purezza is just awesome and I would highly recommend a visit!

Favorite meal of my trip to England - Edit
Had the award-winning Parmigiana Party Pizza and it did not disappoint! The crust was fantastic, the sauce tasted fresh, and the toppings added so much flavor to every bite. So amazing!

Have visited Purezza in Manchester before and was a first time visit to Brighton. Menu is fantastic-great range of options. Food was brilliant - we especially liked the tiramisu and the ceasar salad was a surprising winner! Service could have been better in Brighton - it was very slow and we were forgotton about more than once! It is also quite cramped so maybe not the best place to go at a busy time. But food definitely really recommended!

Cannot fault the food here! I have been multiple times, and it has always been delicious. They have a well thought out menu, with pizza toppings that are spot on together and the base also very traditional. They use the finest ingredients; we had camembert and black truffle on ours!
Read moreI would say the place was a little crampt, if you were in one of the booths or near the window I think it would have been a lovely place to sit, but the tables in the middle where we sat were very close to each other.

Purezza serves up some seriously delicious pizza with tons of options—which makes sense, since it’s a fully vegan pizza joint. The restaurant is small but packed with people, yet thankfully it didn’t get too loud or noisy like many busy places do.
Read moreThe drinks were great, with a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We tried the pepperoni and agave pizza as well as the margherita. Both were good, but the pepperoni and agave really stood out—it had more flavor and became my favorite. That said, I did have to add a bit of salt to both to really bring the flavors out. I’m starting to notice a bit of a trend here in England—things tend to be a little under-seasoned for my taste, so maybe that’s just the local preference.
The only real downside was the wait. It took about 30 to 45 minutes from ordering to getting our pizzas. In their defense, it was an extremely busy night and they may have been understaffed. Still, the staff were super kind and professional, and we had a great time overall.
We’ll definitely come back if we get the chance. If you’re craving good, fully vegan pizza, this is the spot. Just be smart and make a reservation—it was really popular, and we were just lucky to get a table as walk-ins.

The first vegan restaurant I ever went to way back in 2015 - and it just keeps getting better 🤗 they do a lunch deal of a mini pizza, small plate and a drink for £15 which I enjoyed as I always struggle to finish a massive pizza to myself.

The basics are amazing here which is the most important thing for any pizza place. However the toppings are really inventive and work (from the ones we tried). Decently priced for such quality, and lovely service.

I tried the pumpkin pizza and it was really flavorsome, i’m used to classic pizza like the marinara, this pumpkin one really make a change and the cheese and Chili on the top reveals all the flavors. I did not have enough room for a desert but they look awesome as well

I had a lunch deal - £15 for a small pizza, side and drink and all were lovely.

The mocktails were delicious (apple and cinnamon and spiced mango).
The downside, which I realised after paying, was that a tip was added on automatically. I am happy to tip but really dislike it when a tip is added without asking.

Love to go to Brighton and trying to find new exciting vegan places. The food in this one was ok, but the waitress quite rude and abrupt. Not a good impression and definitely I am not encouraged to visit again. You have to enjoy your food and not to be rushed as a customer because your shift is over and you have to hand over to your colleague. Not recommended.

Read morePizza dominates the menu - not unsurprisingly for an Italian restaurant - but we tried a few different sharing dishes. It was all very tasty, my wife was pleasantly surprised by liking the Mac & Cheese (she doesn't usually like melted cheese), and we just loved our mains.
Dessert was a treat as well, the 'Legendary Tiramisu' lived up to it's name, and it was a good size.
I hope my wife and I make it back here someday.
Pros: Lots of choice and variety, Delicious food, Friendly and efficient service
Cons: The blender didn't work, so no milkshakes
