Vegan Italian restaurant from Brighton, opened this Manchester Northern Quarter branch in spring 2021. Menu features a wide variety of dishes ranging from sourdough pizzas and calzones to pastas, and sides alongside a large drinks list including cocktails. For dessert try the tiramisu. They force two stars because it’s vegan? It’s terrible. I would NEVER eat this again. It doesn’t taste like pizza. It tasted like tomato paste instead of pizza sauce. It was soggy, cold, and fell apart. You can’t pick it up. It wasn’t cut into slices. I barely saw any cheese, but whatever cheese there was had no flavor and was nothing like mozzarella. I’m from metro NY so grew up eating regular delicious pizza. But I’ve had Amy’s frozen vegan pizza and that’s infinitely better than this.

The pizzas are delicious. The dough is incredible and light : you can easily eat the whole crust ! The size is reasonable, so it’s not too much for one person. The toppings are very creative.

I love an all-vegan pizzeria because they really put some effort into their toppings. It's nice to get some creative options, rather than a few staples that you see in omni restaurants. The pizzas here sounded very exciting, and it was hard to narrow down our options. There are also some fun sides, including mac and cheese, but unfortunately we were too full to indulge.
Read moreMy partner had the parmigiana party pizza: this was delicious. The tomato sauce was excellent, the aubergines were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. There was lots of tasty, melty cheese.
I ordered the lasagna piccante pizza. I wasn't even hungry but I devoured the whole thing because it was too good! The base was nice. The sauce was a really rich ragu, very flavoursome and savoury. It had a chilli kick to it, and the heat really grew as the meal progressed. The cheese was nice and cooling, and the basil was refreshing too. It was quite oily. It was really tasty.
We were encouraged to pay via QR code, which required us to pay a 49p charge. It's not going to break the bank when we're eating out anyway, but it does feel a bit poor that the staff have to specifically push that option. Besides that, service was great though.

Finally got to try Purezza and it was delicious as could be! I wish we could’ve tried more items, but we were heading somewhere we couldn’t bring leftovers so we had to order strategically. Everything was amazing and flavorful. The lasagne pizza was unreal, so unique!

this is the best vegan pizza ever, and the dough balls are incredible, I went with non-vegan friends who were apprehensive at first but they LOVED it, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was divine!! I had the margarita and they got the lasagne one but it was so good, thinking in going again for the second day running!
