Some vegan options - Edit
If you hate metal scraping against metal, don't go here!! Metal plates and metal forks (no chopsticks).

I ate here three times during my four day -stay in Helsinki. The staff was very knowledgeable when it came to how to make the dishes vegan. Had a lot of noodles and they were yummy.
