Room for improvement - Edit
The atmosphere of the restaurant could be nice with the lampions at the ceiling but all of them were switched off, which is why the place also looked completely closed from outside.
Read moreThe Vegan Tan Men Men was okay but the Dashi and Tare were kind of thin and flavorless, only at the bottom it was good. For my taste, there were too many „normal“ vegetables for Ramen inside. Some of them were also overcooked. The picture of the dish on the menu looked like Ramen and the dish served looked totally different.

Mehrere vegane Optionen. Ich hatte die Shoyu Ramen. Die Brühe war schön würzig, das Gemüse schmackhaft. Nicht die besten Ramen, die ich jemals gegessen habe, aber dennoch lecker. Ich komme bestimmt mal wieder.

Read moreDie ursprüngliche Karte hatte irreführende Angaben der Allergene, das wurde aber in den Karten Vor Ort korrigiert.
Das Ramen war lecker, allerdings (natürlich) nicht ganz so wie in Japan.
Da Geschmäcker verschieden sind sollte sich da jeder selbst ein Bild machen.
Pros: Mehrere vegane Optionen , Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre , Sehr freundliches Personal
Cons: Debit EC Kartenzahlung ging bei mir nicht
