Surprisingly delicious

My (Japanese) husband and I weren’t expecting much from the food here, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The broth has a light flavor that grows on you, with both umami and amami (sweetness). Sure, the noodles were softer than in a traditional ramen, and we wish they’d flavored the tofu in some way, but it was still delicious. Friendly service and reasonably priced too.
