Tasty eggplant skagen and risotto

This place was a pleasant surprise as us vegans. They offer a 3-course vegan menu which is the Kreivittären menu ("Countess Menu" in English) - the only downside is that you need to ask for a veganised version on some dishes. The dishes are also available separately so no need to have all three. The chanterelle risotto was super tasty and creamy and so was the eggplant skagen with Caviart. Will wish to visit again, maybe during fall/winter to be able to see how it is inside - now during the summer they operate outside and the space is a combination of a terrace and a veranda.

Pros: Tasty food, Friendly waiter

Cons: Quite a wait for the main courses
