I've always loved this local brewery, and they've long invited vegan and veg-friendly food trucks to serve their customers (many times still there when the kitchen is closed). I heard the chef talk about wanting to have veg-items on the Hello APGD podcast and that they would be sourcing as much as possible locally. The fries were crisp, the vegan dipping sauces were yummy, and I can't wait to go try a burrito with vegan queso on a Saturday and also see what they've got for Sunday brunch! With such a huge beer selection, paper takeout containers, and now vegan options, I'm so excited to hang out there more often!
