Rude and Expensive - Edit
Quite frustrating to enter this establishment and be met with unacceptable unwelcoming, rude behavior from the cook/owner. I sat down amongst open tables as the cook came to clean other tables to rudely tell me with an attitude that I cannot sit down without ordering first at the counter. No hospitality just hostility.
Read moreThe dish I ordered was pricey for the food that was served. The yuzu ramen bowl had a nice savory broth but for the price of $19 is steep for noodles, corn and a few pieces of arugula. BTW they won’t tell you in advance about the smokey infused bowl presentation. You have to somehow be in the know to ask for it.
Hopefully in the future the cook/owner can correct his attitude and create a welcoming environment for his customers.

This is what I call next-level vegan cuisine. Redwhite Ramen is truly in a league of its own. From the moment I stepped in, everything felt intentional—from the space to the flavors. That spicy roasted miso avocado roll? I’m still dreaming about it. The ramen? A full-on experience. Chef Tokuma even came over to explain the menu (yes, the service is that good).

A Hidden Vegan Gem - Edit
This small, unassuming spot is a must-visit. The entirely vegan menu is fantastic and full of flavor. While the ramen, like the spicy garlic or smoked chili, is a highlight, the real star might be the Truffle Mac n Cheese—it's so creamy and delicious you'll have to confirm it's actually vegan. The avocado crispy rice and spicy rolls are also incredible.

This place [censored]. I got the smoked spicy chili ramen. Also got a few side dishes that were all incredible. The only knock was that they put unprocessed cubed tofu in the ramen, but the flavor and execution made up for it.

The ambiance of this place was incredible. The chef who took our order actually took the time to fully explain each of the ramen choices that are on the menu. While waiting for our ramen, we got to see him apply the aromatics to each bowl of ramen.

My wife and I love this place. They have 5 different kinds of Ramen, Mac & Cheese and some sushi rolls. You go there for the Ramen. Our favorite is the Yuzu Sesame. It is served with a cover that contains smoke that adds a lot to the flavor. Highly recommend especially when it’s cold outside. #Veganuary

Nice to have a vegan ramen place in the valley. Not a large selection but great flavors with an impressive presentation - ramen is served with a cover filled with smoke that is removed by waiter at the table. They also have a limited selection of sushi.

I’ve tried a lot of vegan ramen but nothing comes close to REDWHITE. This is the BEST and creamiest ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Very flavorful and filling. I also had the truffle mac n cheese which is 11/10.

Amazing vegan Ramen. Beautifully presented with a smoky hood for extra flavor. I ordered the Red Hot Ramen, which is only medium spicy for those who are worried it would be too hot. And ordered the Spicy Avocado Roll. I much prefer the cold sushi rice they use as opposed to places that serve similar crispy rice avocado dishes.

One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. I had the number #8, the spicy red miso. It’s a spectacular presentation as well, with a covering filled with oak wood smoke. If I lived nearby, I would be here on a very regular basis. Unfortunately, I will have to wait until they open one in Houston before I have it again.

Every bowl comes with a smoke-filled dome, which looks cool and is fun to open. I had the original miso ramen and also tried some of the red hot miso. The broth was very rich and creamy, the noodles had perfect chewiness, and there was just the right amount of toppings.
