another bagel shop

NYC bagels are great--but only if they are warm and fresh out of the oven. This is why big bagel shops, which tend to have a quick turnaround of bagels, are the best. This place, however, is tiny (there is not even a place to sit inside).

I came at lunchtime, saw a meager offering of bagels, and they told me that nothing was warm. If you're going to have a bagel and tofu cream cheese--which, let's face it, is not nutritious--you might as well get a warm bagel. You'd have better luck at a place like Zucker's nearby.

BTW: this place does have three types of tofu cream cheese--but then again, almost all NYC bagel shops offer at least 2 or 3 types of tofu cream cheese.

Appreciate multiple options for vegan cream cheese

Included plain, chive, and veggie. All were good, but not groundbreaking. Others in the city do it better, but you could do way worse!
