Nice place with delicious food - Edit
With the exception of an egg in hummus, the menu is vegan on weekdays. The hummus with the shawarma toppings and the shredded "meat" are great and recommended.

Awesome Find - Edit
We were so happy to come across this wonderful little restaurant, just of the pedestrian walkway (midrachov). Almost everything is vegan, and so so good. The salads, the Redefine Meat alternative, and the best hummus. And Roni himself, what a sweetie. Try this place.

A very cool place in Zichron - Edit
This place offers many cool vegan options (99% vegan, no meat). I tried the asado and the gulash, both with Redefine meat, and wow I didn't had something like that since going vegan. For those of you who are looking for meat substitutes which are as real as possible, I would highly recommend visiting.

A nice edition to Zichron's Vegan Scene - Edit
The restaurant is really lovely and right in the center. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Nearly everything is vegan except a few things with mayonnaise.
Read moreThe food is very [vegan] meat heavy. Think traditional heavy meals done vegan. If you're into that, these redefine-brand dishes will be amazing. I preferred the rice-stuffed bell pepper.
I really hope this place does well and expands the menu! The seating - indoor and outdoor is so cute and comfortable.

Great new vegan place - Edit
Owner and server were lovely. The only non-vegan items were a few salads made with mayonnaise. We had the redefine balls with peas and carrot and a rice/veggie dish, orange soup (sweet potatoes and pumpkin), and a barley tofu dish. The meals came with salads, a drink, pita, and homemade hummus. All very tasty.
