At Sabor more than half of the menu is plant based including breakfast, mains and as sweet option energy balls. The offer is healthy, substantial, creative and freshly prepared at the moment for take away, but there are also a few seats available for dine in. The owner and staff is kind, vegan aware and helpful when ordering. I was impressed by the lentils stew with red curry, pasta, spicy tofu and pesto, which was a very satisfying and unusual flavour combination. The vegan sobrasada, a traditional Mallorcan spread, was also spot on, so was the smooth gazpacho and the rich energy ball. Great gastronomy and outstanding value for money.
