Vegan Salad - The only vegan option - Edit
Lovely setting, healthy offering, alas only one dish on their menu is vegan - the vegan salad - as they add dairy to everything else. I have eaten this repeatedly over the years and my one issue is the quality of the hazelnuts in the salad. The oils in the nuts are oxidised (old nuts, improperly stored - and the not content oxidises and becomes rancid). Apart from the taste of rancid oil not being appealing, it is unhealthy to eat rancid oils. Things here are good in general, just disappointing they drop the standards and gone-off (cheap and old) nuts in the vegan dish.
Read moreAlso, as always in modern fusion veganism western style, there’s little to no protein in the dish (perhaps about 5-6g from the quinoa and another 2-3g from the spoon of pea hummus). Annoying that vegans are not considered worthy of a normal amount of protein their meal.

Delicious vegan salad - Edit
Although inside Åhléns it’s quite big and it feels like a regular restaurant. Has a few vegan food options and even more vegan sweet options - great for fika! Great central location. Will definitely come back here. The soup was a bit salty though.

Their vegan salad is amazing!! It sweet, tasty and contains a lot of different sauces! Not dry and boring! A must go to if you never been here!

Healthy and delicious - Edit
Part of the 2nd floor of the Åléns department store, this place has become a regular lunch stop when in Stockholm. They do a vegan salad of the day which is always superb, fresh and tasty. There’s also a hummus and bread station to augment your meal.

Decent vegan bowl and other vegan chocolate options. - Edit
This is a cafe within the department store. It serves a limited range of dishes of which one is a vegan healthy bowl. It was lovely (avocados, quinoa, beetroot, nuts); a balanced and healthy option. It also serves a number of sweet treats which are vegan.

Good soups - Edit
I've visited the resturant a few times. In my opinion it's a bit noisy, at least during lunchtime. But they have really good soups and hummus is good too. Haven't tried their salads or any of their cakes yet but maybe i will! (:

Before they had a very good bio place on same location that sold veggie food for a fair inner city in this department store åhlen. but the new place really dont give any vaue for the money unfortunately.
The salad was good but didnt give value at all.

Uninventive and overpriced, riding on the vegan wave. Both times I've been there I had salad which seems to be the only vegan option. Noisy and bustling with tables close together. Okay if you're in the city centre and desperate for food otherwise give it a miss.

Centrally located raw food lunch restaurant - Edit
A raw food lunch restaurant, inside the shopping mall Åhléns located right in the center of Stockholm. Dishes range from vegan to salads with fish. There's a daily menu which differs from the ordinary menu and which is not available on weekdays. You are supposed to order food by the first counter and pay by the second counter, but my experience is that the first counter is not always staffed, bringing some confusion on how to order, especially since the staff seem a bit stressed. Often cramped with guests and rather noisy. Very fresh food, however.
