Decent wantan noodles - Edit
Relatively cheap wantan noodles with 3 pcs of frozen dumpling, some veges and mock char siew. I requested to remove char siew so aunty gave me zai er instead.

I used visit them while they were still in Circuit road. As usual, friendly stall owners & they even gave me a complimentary banana. I ordered 1-ton noodles. Springy noodles, herbalicious soup & not overly-cooked vegetables on plate. Probably will return to visit Shang De after my next monthly trip to get my I. V. stuff from nearby Congress medical store.

I had the won tan soup for breakfast and it was so delicious. It comes with noodles, tofu and pak Choi (not 100%sure) The people who work there are so nice and it's really cheap.

First time here as I was searching on happycow while I was around Farrer Park area but didn’t want any Indian food and decided to try this. The owner Angie is a very sincere and kind lady who cooks vegetarian food with her heart and I thoroughly enjoyed the plate of chicken rice ($3.80) so much! The rice is so fragrant with ultra thin ginger slices that feel like it complements the dish just right and really nice, the best was the chilli that went with it - flavourful and it didn’t feel like it was vegetarian at all. Angie even bothers to strike conversations with her customers and even shared some of her interesting juice recipes that gives you all the fibres and vitamins you need yet sounds yummy! Closes at 8pm but last order is at 7.30pm. Do call their number first before going down as Angie wants to make sure you make a fruitful trip down and is able to savour the food she cooks as well. 100/10 recommend this and will be back for the wanton soup 🌟

The couple running the stall was very friendly and approachable, and even advised me that they are closed on Mondays and also after 2pm on other days.

Working in the vicinity, where other vegan food options are rather pricey, Shang De Vegetarian is a godsend!

The owners were very sweet. I gave them my order. Then, I sat down, and they brought it to me. I got the wanting noodles. They came with two dumplings on the side. Everything was good. Halfway through my meal, they brought me a little banana.

YAS! Eating Wanton Mee in a rustic vibe eating place - Edit
People are saying the wanton mee ($3.5) here is good, here I am. Didn’t know this place is quite near Farrer Park MRT, else I would know the way. The stall is in Xin [censored] Coffee & Tea House. It gives me the feel of eating in the traditional coffee shop in Malaysia. For a change - a rustic vibe. Can be a recommended eating place for Tourist and for a different dining experience.
Read moreThe noodle is well cooked and texture is QQ. Normally, the dry version vegetarian wanton mee is served in vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. The sauce is much lighter here, it still go well, even if it’s pair with kway teow (flat rice noodle).
For $3.5, this wanton mee comes with a small bowl of clear soup and two dumplings (those frozen instant dumpling) and good quality vegetarian barbecued pork (char siu). Yet to find vegetarian eateries that sell wanton mee, have the resources to enhance the vegetarian char siu’s taste and look. Maybe caramelised char siu and making it slightly juicy.
Before I left, I ordered one wonton mee ($3.5) and one kway teow ($3.5) as takeaway. No take away charges. The service is good. The friendly boss gives me a free banana! Nice and unexpected.

Best Dumpling Noodles in Singapore! - Edit
I must say this is one of the best dumpling noodles that I had ever tried in Singapore. I ate three plates of dumpling noodles in 2 days. It’s so nice! The Auntie is also very friendly and they used to be operating from Circuit Road a few years ago before they moved here. Go and try their dumpling noodles soon!
