A typical Czech pub, which looks absolutely regular until you look at the menu. They offer vegan versions of typical pub food that you order while drinking. The fries with cheese sauce are amazing. Perfect place to go and grab a beer or two or five, and not die of hunger as in all other hospodas that have nothing for the vegans to eat. And the staff was very nice.

Nicely surprised by this new place. Nice pub food typical for Czech rep. with draft beer and the very typical Czech pub atmosphere. No hipster minimal cr*p! Friendly prices, friendly staff. All perfect!

We tracked up the hill in the boiling heat as we had read really good reviews about this place ( not far at all from the city centre and definitely walkable) . It was absolutely boiling on this day and unfortunately there was no air conditioner or fans but the owner ( I think) bought us waters straight away . The food was really well priced and absolutely delicious . Would definitely come back . So happy to be able to eat traditional czech food made vegan .

Cheap Traditional Czech Pub, Good Food - Edit
Vegan Czech pub - you will not find so many around! They have Únětice 10 and 12 (= amazing lager beer from a small brewery next to Prague) and typical pub food, like kulajda (Czech traditional soup), sausages, burgers etc. Very cheap as well!

Great typical czech pub - Edit
I am always very happy when any typical czech pub for locals starts to offer vegan options. And this place is completely vegan! Great and cheap beer, nice food (try kulajda, something not very common outside czech republic) and laid back atmosphere. Žižkov at its finest, not some weird hipster trendy cafe with raw avocado cakes, just great beer, booze and junk. Klasická čtyřka as we say. Nice rock music is a big plus!

Read moreOwners are very nice and they offer perfect service.
And even in the summer months there is a pleasant coolness (because the restaurant is located underground).
