The atmosphere is laid-back with bohemian-style decorations. The staffwas very attentive & friendly. Soul is an upscale (expect a bit elevated prices) fully vegan restaurant with a large selection of dishes ranging from thai classics to stuff I hadn't seen on any menu before (burmese tealeaf salad?? absolute banger!). They also offer some western foods but I did not try any (kids would probably appreciate these).

Only fully vegan restaurant in Karon Beach (at time of posting) so ate here every night to support them lol. Big menu, lots of choice & quality each night was excellent. Also nice vibe & staff.

The menu was so diverse, I couldn’t decide what to order! And the staff was so nice. The pizza was amazing, and also they had thc-infused drinks which was super cool and made my appetite even bigger so I couldn’t decide eat more 😋

Outdoor cafe to boot in perfect weather
Only thing I didn't care for was the music a bit loud and rajasic yet cool thai culture

Surprising Excellent Vegan Only Restaurant - Edit
We missed out on lunch so we ordered a lot for dinner that evening instead. For starters we had the Spring Rolls and the Tofu Satay dishes. For mains we had the Khao Soi, Massaman Curry, Fried Noodles and the Tofu Rice with Curry Sauce. And for dessert we had the Pineapple Raspberry and Mango Coconut Cakes. They were delicious. Large enough portions too. We ate outside which was cooler than inside. Pleasant also. The service was excellent. Very quick too. The pricing was above average compared to Bangkok.

The best vegan food in my life - Edit
This is amazing!!! The food, the staff, the atmosphere. We have been eating here 4x in the last 48hours. Everything is vegan and just delicious. Even our baby got some food (free of charge). We have been travelling for 8 months and this is by far my favourite place to eat. It is a bit on the more expensive side but that might be Phuket-costs and totally worth it!

Love everything about this place, the vibe, friendly staff and delicious food. Gluten free options aren't easy to come by in Phuket so my partner was in her happy place here. Visited multiple times from Patong (300-400 baht taxi).

This restaurant is incredible! So many delicious options, we ordered a whole feast and enjoyed everything. The cocktails and sodas were fabulous as well. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. We had a great two hour lunch here, can’t wait to come back!

Coconut crusted tofu on a lemongrass curry was beautiful - somehow delicate and aggressive with a huge amount of flavour but perfectly balanced. The tofu balls were similarly impressive.
We followed up with dessert- a beautiful creme brulèe and a coconut mango cake.
Lovely atmosphere here, close to the beach and bus stop. Would return if we were in Phuket again.
Pros: Lovely ambience , Good advice on choosing local dishes
Cons: Like all of Phuket, tourist prices apply

In love with the bohemian decor, felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. The menu has lots of options both healthy and indulgent. I had a iced latte with tofu and guacamole sour dough. Followed by Nutella (homemade) and banana pancakes. I sat reading my book, relaxed and peaceful.
