I can’t believe what I experienced there, the whole place has a weird smell, tables are sticky, the food was insanely oily and the service was terrible (actually it was inexistent). „Alternative“ space as an excuse for questionable hygiene standard. Never again

Alles was auf der Speisekarte steht, gibt es auch in vegan, einige Sachen kann man aber auch in vegetarisch bestellen.
Man muss den Vibe mögen, aber wenn man es tut, dann ist es 1A.

Little gem in Kiel - Edit
Set in a very non-touristy and multi-cultural area, this place is a left oriented liberal place and a must-visit for culture and great, affordable vegan fast food. They are very strict with covid hygiene rules and you need to call and make a reservation. The rosi burger was delicious and filling, the slice of vegan nuts-chocolate cake was amazing as well. On top of that, our waiter was a sweetheart.

Maybe it was because we only arrived at 8 PM but we had to wait over an hour for our burgers - they were delicious though. They also were great about the corona hygiene standards which I consider a plus.

Schon das lebendige und multikulti Viertel ist ein Besuch Wert. Im Lokal ist alles sehr gut organiziert, obwohl (oder weil?) es kollektiv verwaltet wird. Die meisten der zahlreichen Gerichte sind entweder vegan oder auch als vegane Variante zu erhalten. Was wir gegessen haben, war es sehr lecker.

There's a great range of vegetarian & vegan dishes at choice, fast food style mostly. I'm not exactly unduly concerned about fatty food in general, but in case you are - this is not your place. The waitor is quite funny, in case you want any customization of your dish, he tells you why this is a bad idea (but fulfills your wishes anyway)

Not so many "alternative" clients anymore since the place has been redecorated some years ago. So you will hear less hardcore music while you're eating. :(

The place looked quite punk-ish when we checked it out early in the day, but when we came in the evening it filled up with all kinds of people, no mohawcs or piercings to be seen anywhere... The service was pleasant and everything looked clean and inviting. The food whas very good. The spinach- tofu- rice bratlinge (with the best vegan aioli we have ever tasted) is recommended. The vegan pizza (named generalstreik!) didn't have vegan cheese on it, but a cheese like sauce. It vas still good, and well seasoned.

Ich (Veganerin) war mit meiner Mutter (Vegetarierin) und ihrem Freund (Fleischesser) in Kiel im Subrosa. Wir machten Urlaub in der Nuhe und haben das Restaurant ganze zwei Mal besuch: Zum einen zum Brunchen, das ist immer am 2. Sonntag im Monat. Als ich den Kellner fragte, was vegan ist, meinte dieser: "Bis auf die Quarkbrotchen und die Kuseplatte alles!" Und es war wirklich eine Menge Auswahl da, hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Also beschlossen wir, noch einmal wiederzukommen, und zu Abend dort zu essen. Auch damit waren wir ausserst zufrieden, man kann so gut wie alle Gerichte vegan bestellen! Ich würde also auf jeden Fall noch einmal hingehen, wenn ich dort in der Nuhe bin!
